Ich experimentiere ja seit kurzem mit den merkwürdigsten Gemüsen und Obstsorten.
Und so kam ich dazu mir einen leckeren Dip zu machen. Natürlich ist es Raw Food! ;-D
Ich nenne ihn “Grüne Pampe Brotaufstrich”
- Avocado
- Zwiebeln
- Tomaten
- Limettensaft (frisch)
- Pfeffer & Salz
- Knoblauch
- Das alles zusammen in eine Schüssel und mit der Gabel zerdrücken
Ich gebe zu, er sieht etwas unappetitlich aus. Doch er schmeckt super lecker! Ich esse es auf meinem Sprossenbrot. Und es ist unglaublich, aber man wird sehr satt davon.
Ansonsten läuft es soweit ok, mit dem Experiment. Es ist ein wenig schwierig es umzusetzen, wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs ist und z.B. essen geht. Salate sind in Australien nicht so weit verbreitet wie in Deutschland. Zumindest nicht in ihrer Vielfältigkeit. So bliebe oft nur die Wahl zwischen einem Thai Chicken Salat oder einem Caesar Salad. Beides nicht besonders Raw ;-D
Aber soll ich euch etwas verraten? Ich glaube ich verliere an Gewicht! Vielleicht pumpt das Gemüse aber auch nur den Bauch nicht so auf, wie herkömmliches Essen. Ich bleibe am Ball und werde dies beobachten!
