Grund genug jetzt endlich mal Butter bei die Fische zu geben und wieder mit dem Laufen zu beginnen – gesagt getan – und schon habe ich mich für 2 Läufe angemeldet. Beide im Juli.
Ich bin ein absoluter Morgenläufer. Abends bekomme ich die Füße einfach nicht hoch und habe keine Energie mehr. Aber morgends ist alles super. Daher werde ich ab morgen um 6 aufstehen, mich in meine Laufsachen werfen und ein paar Runden drehen.
