2010 führte mich in eine neue Wohnung und nahe an den Stadtpark. perfekte Laufvorraussetzungen. Aber irgendwie habe ich es nicht so oft geschafft, den A… hochzubekommen und die Turnschuh zu schwingen.
2011 und ich habe wieder eine neue Wohnung. Immer noch Nähe Stadtpark, aber auch sehr nah an der Alster.
Grund genug jetzt endlich mal Butter bei die Fische zu geben und wieder mit dem Laufen zu beginnen – gesagt getan – und schon habe ich mich für 2 Läufe angemeldet. Beide im Juli.
Ich bin ein absoluter Morgenläufer. Abends bekomme ich die Füße einfach nicht hoch und habe keine Energie mehr. Aber morgends ist alles super. Daher werde ich ab morgen um 6 aufstehen, mich in meine Laufsachen werfen und ein paar Runden drehen. Ich hoffe ich werde morgen nicht den Heldentod sterben. *g* (Habe auch noch gaaanz leicht Schnupfen, was ja nicht so optimal ist)
