Heute gab es meinen ersten Green Smoothie zum Mittagessen.
Hinein kam:
- frischer Spinat
- Sojamilch
- 2 EL Soja Proteinpulver (mit Schokogeschmack!!! Yum!)
- 1 kleine Banane
- tiefgekühlte Beeren (Himbeeren, Blaubeeren, Black Currents (sind das Johannisbeeren? Netty?)
- 1 Prise Zimt
- Leinsamen

Sieht gar nicht schlimm aus, oder? Er ist schön zähflüssig, fast schon zu sehr *morgen muss ich etwas mehr Sojamilch hinein tun* und schmeckt… ihr werdet es nicht glauben, aber er schmeckt himmlisch! Ohne Scherz und allen Ernstes!!! Er schmeckt kein Stück nach Spinat, sondern herrlich nach Beeren und Schokolade! Einfach yum!
Da ich heute vergaß zu frühstücken, war dies heute meine erste Mahlzeit. Und von 11:30 Uhr *da habe ich ihn getrunken* bis jetzt 15:14 Uhr hatte ich kein Hungergefühl! Ich fühlte mich auch nicht schlapp oder energielos. Alles ok. Nun aber stellt sich doch etwas Hunger ein, kein Wunder ich hatte ja heute auch noch kein Frühstück. Deswegen werde ich nun mal einen kleinen Snack zu mir nehmen.
Wie ihr seht, ich lebe noch und das Grünfutter hat mich noch nicht umgebracht! 
So und nun mache ich mich mal auf den weg das Pub-Schild zu fotografieren. Schließlich ist heute Pub-Shui Freitag! *gg*
Sieht lecker aus. Ich gönne mir auch ab und an mal einen Proteinshake als Mahlzeitenersatz. Hat nur Vorteile.

was gab es dann zum abendessen?
die behauptung da sei was grünes drin und man könne es trotzdem verzehren beunruhigt mich dennoch…
vor allem meine befürchtung mit der farbe wurde ja zum glück nicht erfüllt

@ Dandu: Normalerweise mache ich das nicht. Bin ja kein großer Freund von Shakes, die mir mein Essen ersetzen sollen. Allerdings habe ich noch nicht das Buch mit den Raw Rezepten und so experimentiere ich eben ein wenig herum. Man will ja auch nicht nur Salat essen.
@ Sammelhamster: Sashimi gab es zum Abendessen und später noch Minced Meat mit Gemüse in Salat *ich war mit Freunden unterwegs und das war eine seeeehhhr winzige Portion* *gg*

hm sieht tatsächlich trinkbar aus. kann man dafür auch normale milch nehmen? finde sojamilich einfach nur yukyuk *schüttel*
und black currents sind schwarze johannisbeeren, jawohl!
ich liebe spinat, aber spinat mit obst…. klingt nicht wirklich lecker, sieht aber gut aus!
Schaut sehr lecker aus. Im Sommer bin ich süchtig nach den Dingern und die sind ein vollwertiger Nahrungsersatz. Tiefgekühlte Beeren und Soja-Vanillemilch. Sehr lecker.

Mhhh…. das sieht echt gut aus und auch gar nicht grün. An sich mag ich ja Spinat aber gemischt mit leckeren Beeren und Milch. Aber solche Shakes mag ich auch gern. Vor allen Dingen wenn es warm ist.
also wenn du mir die zutaten nicht verrätst, dann probier ich einen solchen auch mal
