Nachdem Schneegespenst und Azahar sich, im Kommentar zu meinem Blogeintrag “Das fehlende “sexy” Gen”, öffentlich dazu bekannten ebenfalls explosionsartig rote Köpfe durch Sport zu bekommen, habe ich recherchiert!!!
Um genauer zu sein, ich habe mal wieder Feldstudien betrieben!!!
Wagemutig habe ich mich heute Abend ins Gym begeben. Natürlich nicht ohne vorher noch einmal mein Outfit im Spiegel zu checken 
Als ich ankam und stolzen Schrittes durchs Gym schritt, vorbei an schwitzenden und stinkenden maskulinen Oberkörpern, begann gerade eine Body Pump Class. Body Pump ist sehr viel mit Gewichten, sehr anstrengend, man schwitzt und das Ganze geht etwa 45 min. Perfekt für meinen Vergleich!!
Um es vorweg zu nehmen – nein ich habe nicht mitgemacht. Ich stand draußen vor der Glaswand und habe ein wenig zugeschaut. 60% waren echt chic und trendy angezogen und der Rest war …nun wie ich… praktisch sportlich gekleidet.
Und zu beginn des Trainings hatte niemand einen roten Kopf!
Ich ging meiner Lieblingsbeschäftigung nach, dem Laufen, und bin aufs Laufband. Danach aufs Rad und danach an die Geräte.
Und nun kommt es!!!! ALLE, und damit meine ich wirklich ALLE, hatten nach ihrem Workout eine normale Gesichtsfarbe. Und nun zum Vergleich Fudge – Fudge hatte einen krebsroten Kopf. Ja fast schon fast pink möchte ich sagen.
Es lies mir auch keine Ruhe und ich habe nun das Netz nach Antworten durchsurft. In unzähligen Foren berichten Sportler, Nichtsportler, Brünette, Blonde, Vegetarier, Nichtraucher, etc… vom selben Phänomen.
Wir sind also nicht alleine!!! *Kopf hoch, auch wenn er rot ist*
Die einzige Erklärung die ich dazu fand, und ich bin mir nicht über den Wahrheitsgehalt nicht so sicher, war:
“…ich denke, das liegt an der Pigmentierung und Beschaffenheit der Haut. Bei mir sieht man auch grundsätzlich die Adern durch. Wenn du rot wirst, liegt das ja daran, dass deine Blutgefäße (eben auch besonders die kleinen Kapillargefäße unter der Haut) stärker durchblutet werden. Rotwerden bei Wut oder Scham muss nicht unbedingt die gleiche Reaktion haben, aber wenn du Sport treibst, regt das nunmal die Durchblutung an. …”
Mein Tip also an alle Leidensgenossen und Leidensgenossinnen:
- Kauft euch Big Red das Kaugummi
- zieht Sportkleider an, die roter sind als euer Kopf
- treibt nur noch Sport am Wohnzimmertisch in Fehnsehform
- oder steht einfach dazu, hört euch weiter die doofen Sprüche an und habt trotzdem Spaß am Sport!
(so mache ich es jedenfalls!!!)
Das ist deine Gesichtsfarbe nach dem Sport? Wie geil ist das denn…

Das mit den Adern klingt irgendwie logisch. Ich habe ja auch diese helle Haut und man sieht die Adern durchschimmern. Das muss es einfach sein. Beim Pump habe ich auch so nen roten Kopf nicht ganz so schlimm wie beim Laufen aber ähnlich. Ich habe mir kürzlich ein Pink farbenes Shirt zugelegt – das sieht krass aus – ja ich stehe dazu! Kürzlich kam ich vom Laufen zurück, der Nachbar war im Garten, sieht mich an und fragt mich todernst ob ich einen Arzt brauche – ich hab mich kaputtgelacht
Also, irgendwie beunruhigend deine Feldstudie, ich hatte gehofft, das Phänomen wäre etwas weiter verbreitet
Das mit den Blutgefässen finde ich aber auch logisch.
Falls unsere Haut also tatsächlich extrem gut durchblutet ist, werden wir noch bis ins hohe Alter einen schönen Teint haben. Gibt es nicht extra Cremes die die Durchblutung der Haut anregen sollen? Wir bekommen das beim Sport gratis.
PS: ich glaube nicht, dass es T-Shirts gibt, die roter sind als mein Kopf :-))

@ azahr:Du wenn man im Netz danach sucht, findet man unzählige Menschen mit diesem “Problem”. Aber irgendwie treffe ich nie persönlich auf solche Leute. Scheinen sich alle zum Sport in abgelegen Waldstücke zurück zu ziehen oder nur bei Dunkelheit zu trainieren
Solltest du bei deinen privaten Feldstudien jemals herausbekommen wie Frau es verhindern kann, nach dem Sport wie ein knallrotes, kurz vor der Explosion stehendes Etwas auszusehen… würdest du es mir bitte, bitte verraten?!
Ich gehöre leider auch zum Stamm der Rotkopf-Indianer und fange nicht nur nach leichtem Training, sondern auch wenn mir etwas l peinlich ist, an zu glühen. *g* Und wenn ich schon keinen Spaß daran habe… dann haben wenigstens die Anderen was zu lachen.
