War ich es nicht immer die jedem erzählte, laufen macht den Kopf frei!? War ich es nicht immer, die so unglaublich begeistert von morgendlichen Läufen durch Wald und Feld berichtete. Von absoluter Stille, innerlicher Zufriedenheit und den Glückshormonen, die durch den Körper schießen?!
Ja, ja ich gesteh ich habe euch etwas nicht verraten…
Laufen kann verdammt anstrengend sein!!!!
Es kann so anstrengend sein, dass ihr das Gefühl habt eure Knie explodieren gleich. Es kann so anstrengend sein, dass ihr euch wärend dessen fragt weshalb ihr euch das antut. Und es gibt solche Trainings, da geht ihr bis an eure “Kotzgrenze”, um ein gewisses Tempo zu erreichen.
Das wird natürlich nie jemand sehen und man wird Freunden gegenüber, wenn man ihnen vom Laufen vorschwärmt auch niemals diese Seite des Laufens gestehen. Man hat es ja selbst fast vergessen, wenn man den nächsten Lauf beginnt.
Und wie selbstverständlich wird man beim Laufen um den See (oder wo auch immer) auch wieder in einen stummen Wettbewerb treten. Gegen jeden der einen überholt ….
Man wird auch nicht die Tage erwähnen, an denen man bei strömendem Regen und viel Wind nach einer Stunde wieder nach hause kommt wie ein geprügelter nasser Hund.
Aber heute, genau heute fühle ich mich wie ein ganz alter gebrechlicher Hund.
Ich war laufen. Ausdauer kombiniert mit Speed Work. Die letzten 5 km spürte ich schon meine Beine nicht mehr und mein Hemd war klitschnass trotz der Kälte und dem starken Wind.
Jetzt sitze ich an meinem Rechner und trage die Daten in mein Lauftagebuch ein und sehe wieviel km ich diesen Monat so gelaufen bin und denke mir schlicht… Ich bin ja verrückt! Warum tue ich mir das an?
Ich müsste dringend noch was arbeiten und die Wäsche machen. Eine Bewerbung muss bis morgen früh dringend fertig sein und aufräumen müsste ich auch mal wieder. Und meine Mails muss ich beantworten und sortieren. (Sorry Leute ich schreibe bald!!!) Doch meine Beine und mein Rücken sagen deutlich: “Och Fudge, bleib sitzen!” Ich bin k.o.
Aber soll ich euch etws verraten. Es ist ein geniales Gefühl zu wissen, dass man solche Distanzen schafft und dabei seine Zeiten ständig verbessert. Und ich weis genau, dass ich spätestens übermorgen wieder hibbelig werde und mich meine Laufschuhe rufen.
Es ist einfach nur geil!!!!
