Was sich wie ein unmoralisches, sexuelles Angebot anhört, war der Werbeslogan des gestrigen Nighshopping Events eines riesen Einkaufscentres hier in Melbourne.
Shopping bis Mitternacht und in allen Shops gab es savouries, sippings, savings und samples. Da schlägt das Herz eines jeden Shopping-Süchtigen schneller, der Atem wird hektischer und die Freude steigt bis ins Unermessliche. *lach*
Die Parklätze (und dort gibt es tausende!!!) waren absolut überfüllt und in den Geschäften war es richtig voll. In die Schuhgeschäfte brauchte man erst gar nicht hinein zu gehen, wollte man nicht niedergetrampelt werden. Aber ist es ein Wunder? In manchen Schuhgeschäften gab es bis zu 50% Rabatt auf den normalen Preis!
Ich fand es einfach nur witzig einmal um diese Zeit shoppen zu gehen. Die Zeit verging wie im Fluge, aber es war lustig und einige Schnäppchen konnte auch ich machen.
Zudem musste ich ja wieder einmal testen was es mit Krispy Kreme Doughnuts auf sich hat. Vor Jahren bemerkte ich schon die glasigen Augen und sabbernden Münder meiner australischen Bekannten, wenn sie davon sprachen, als handele es sich um etwas, das uns Gott persönlich gebracht hätte. Es ist auch zu beobachten, wie hier diese Doughnuts gekauft werden. Ganze Scharen stehen bei Krispy Kreme Schlange und kaufen nicht nur einen der kleinen Ringe, nein riesige Schachteln (und davon viele!!!) . Es ist unglaublich. In London testete ich die Dinger zum ersten Mal und erlitt fast einen Zuckerschock. Ich konnte es nicht essen, so süß war der Doughnut. Und auch vor einigen Wochen hier in Melbourne…viel zu süß.
Doch gestern Abend habe ich folgende getestet… Einen, der aussah wie ein Berliner, mit Apfel/Zimt Füllung, einen normalen mit Zucker und Zimt und einen der innen sogar pink war und außen ein Blueberry Frosting hatte. Und alle drei waren lecker. Doch mein Zuckerbedarf der nächsten Wochen ist damit gedeckt. 
Sonst passe ich ja nimmer in die neuen Sachen *lach*
Und weil es heute regnet und ich mich zwischen Bewerbungen schreiben ein bisschen amüsieren wollte, hab ich noch etwas herumgealbert mit der Kamera. Das Ergebnis sieht man hier:
