Normaler Weise gebe ich kein Geld aus für Download-Musik, aber hier handelt es sich ja nicht nur um Musik. Man führt mich Schritt für Schritt durch ein Intervall-Lauftraining, das mein Tempo verbessern soll. Und ich kann sagen, es macht Spaß! Viel mehr Spaß, als wenn ich selbst auf die Uhr schaue beim Laufen und mich dazu zwinge 2 min Sprint zu laufen. Hier flüstert mir eine Männerstimme ins Ohr, wie gut ich es mache und gratuliert mir und feuert mich an. 
Ich meine wie cool ist das?! Somit habe ich meinen ganz persönlichen Lauftrainer…
Gestern hab ich es getestet und bin echt zufrieden. Schon lange war ich nach einem Lauftraining nicht mehr so fertig. Meine Knie haben richtig gewackelt…schön!!!!!!
