Wer noch nicht weis was er heute kochen soll und vielleicht eine Inspiration braucht – hier ist das, was Fudge sich heute unter hoher Konzentration, enormem Einsatz und viel Rauchentwicklung “gezaubert” hat:
Spicy pork & noodles
- Mild korma curry paste (oder auchvon einer anderen Marke)
- Schweinefleisch (mager) in Stücke geschnitten
- Olivenöl
- 2 Eier
- 3 grüne Schalotten, in 3cm lange Stücke geschnitten (konnte keine finden und habe statt dessen Bok Choy genommen)
- 1 rote Paprika, in feine Streifen geschnitten
- 1 Bund Broccolini (weis nicht ob es den in Deutschland gibt… ansonsten tut es auch Broccoli)
- 150 g Weißkohl, ganz fein geschnitten
- 250g Singapore Nudeln
- Sojasoße 1TL
- frische Korianderblätter
Zuerst vermischt man die Currypaste mit dem Schweinefleisch in einer Schüssel.
Während das Fleisch Aroma annimmt, gibt man die 2 Eier (gerührt und gewürzt) in den Wok und backt darin ein Omlette. Nachdem das Ei fertig ist, wird es auf einen Teller gelegt und in Streifen geschnitten.
Nun kommt das Fleisch in den Wok und wird gute 2 Minuten, oder bis es gar ist gekocht. Danach kommt das Fleisch ebenfalls auf einen Teller.
Den Wok kurz mit Wasser ausspülen und mit einem Papiertuch trocken wischen.
Nun werd der Broccolini, Bok Choy (oder Schalotten), Paprika und der Kohl in den Wok gegeben
und 2 Tassen Wasser hinzugefügt. Das ganze kocht nun für etwa 2 min bis das Gemüse gar ist, aber noch Biss hat.
Nun kommen die gekochten Singapore Nudeln, die Sojasoße, das Fleisch und das Ei zu dem Gemüse im Wok dazu.
Etwa 5 min köcheln lassen und dann mit frischen Korianderblättern servieren.
Und so sieht es dann aus, wenn es fertig ist und es nicht mehr erwarten kann in Fudges Bauch zu landen!!!
