Jetzt war ich seit Tagen schon nicht mehr laufen. Mein erster Blick galt heute Morgen beim Aufstehen dem Wetter. Es regnet! Dieser dünne Bindfadenregen. Da werde ich definitiv zu nass wenn ich laufe.
Ich weiß ja, das Wetter sollte keine Rolle spielen und Eis und Schnee, Kälte und Hitze machen mir auch nichts aus… Nur Regen, ich kann mich nie so wirklich überwinden dann laufen zu gehen. Wenn es anfängt zu regnen und ich bin bereits unterwegs ist das kein Thema.
Man könnte echt meinen ich sei aus Zucker.
Ich sollte mir mal ein Motivationmantra ausdenken für solche Fälle.
