Fudge geht zum Live Earth Konzert in Sydney.
Live Earth ist eine weltumspannende Konzertreihe, die nach dem Vorbild von Live Aid und Live 8 am 7. Juli 2007 auf allen sieben Kontinenten insgesamt 24 Stunden lang stattfinden soll. Sie würde damit zur bis dahin größten Benefiz- und Musikveranstaltung der Geschichte. Ins Leben gerufen wurde das Projekt vom ehemaligen US-Vizepräsidenten und Umweltaktivisten Al Gore und vom Musikproduzenten Kevin Wall, die damit auf die Klimaerwärmung und die von Wall gegründete Klimaschutz-Allianz Save Our Selves (SOS) aufmerksam machen wollen. SOS tritt dabei als Dachorganisation der Veranstaltung auf und will mit den Erlösen eine Stiftung für den Klimaschutz einrichten. Eines der beiden Konzerte in Japan soll in Kyoto stattfinden, wo 1997 das nach der Stadt benannte Klimaschutz-Protokoll unterzeichnet wurde. Der Emmy-Preisträger Wall fungiert, wie schon im Jahr 2005 bei den Live 8-Veranstaltungen, mit seiner Firma Control Room als Produzent.

Die Konzerte finden, neben dem in Sydney, in New York, London, Johannesburg, Rio De Janeiro, Shanghai, Tokyo und Hamburg statt.
