Gestern Abend war noch alles ok.
Heute Nacht wurde ich nach einer Stunde Schlaf wach. Ich fühlte mich durstig, ging mir etwas zu trinken holen und dann wurde mir unsagbar schlecht. Nicht diese normale Übelkeit, die man von einer Magenverstimmung kennt. Eine Übelkeit die den ganzen Körper einnimmt und bei der man sich so hilflos fühlt. Ich ging ins Bad und dort versagten dann meine Knie. Kälte- und Hitzeschübe wechselten sich ab. Ich kannte dieses äußerst unangenehme Gefühl – Kreislaufzusammenbruch. Ich war kreideweiß und versuchte tief ein- und auszuatmen. Nach einer Weile ging es wieder.
Ich ging zurück ins Bett, doch ich fand die ganze Nacht keinen Schlaf. Ich bin nun völlig erledigt, matt und fühle mich so richtig krank.
Keine Ahnung durch was das heute Nacht ausgelöst wurde… Jetzt geh ich auf alle Fälle noch einmal ins Bett und versuche etwas zu schlafen, dann geht es sicher bald wieder besser.
