Obst ist äußerst gesund, enthält viele Vitamine, Nährstoffe und macht nicht dick!
Deswegen halte ich mich daran und esse täglich mindestens ein Stück Obst. Um genauer zu sein Obst von der Kokosnuss!! 
Und so sieht das aus, wenn Fudge seinen täglichen Obstbedarf deckt… einfach nur köstlich diese Coconut Drops. Da isst man doch gerne auch ein Stückchen mehr. Wo es doch soooo gesund ist
Ich schreib später mal was über diesen Bericht. War durchaus interessant und beschäftigte sich vor allem damit, welche Unterschiede es bei der “mobilen Arbeitskraft” so geben kann. Je nachdem, ob man freiwillig oder gezwungenermaßen geht, welche Voraussetzungen man mitbringt und sowas alles.
Hoffentlich krieg ich das noch alles zusammen.
