Erste Woche Diät und ich hab 1,2 kg runter.
Ein Anfang ist getan und ich bin motiviert die restlichen 10 kg anzugehen.
Nachdem es gestern regnete wie aus Gießkannen und ich mich etwas kränklich fühlte, ging es heute wieder an die Alster zum Laufen. Ich war überrascht, wie gut es lief.
Unterwegs war die Strecke hier und da gesperrt und ich erinnerte mich, dass heute ein Halbmarathon stattfindet. Kaum gedacht, bieg ich um die Ecke und die schnelle Spitze des Laufs zischt auch schon an mir vorüber. Klatschen, Applaudieren… schön, nur leider nicht für mich. *g*
Teile der Strecke sind so angelegt, dass Amateure wie ich und Fußgänger ,auf den Bürgersteigen oder direkt an der Alster noch laufen können, daher die Nähe zu den Spitzenläufern.
Und so kam es auch, dass ich nach knapp 30 min laufen am Schild für Kilometer 17 vorbei kam. Mach mir das mal jemand nach! Ich sag nur Speedy-GonFudge!
