Die letzten Wochen waren hart.
Ich war völlig überarbeitet, ausgebrannt und leer. Urlaub nur fern am Horizont zu erkennen. Wenn man sein eigener Chef ist, mag man das ja nicht so gerne, es könnte ja etwas passieren, während man nicht im Büro ist. Doch irgendwann hat es klick gemacht und ich musste einfach Urlaub planen. So ging es mit mir nicht mehr weiter. ich konnte mich nicht mehr konzentrieren, nicht mehr abschalten, war völlig unkreativ und nervlich auch nicht im gewohnten Lässigkeitsbereich.
Gegen Ende Juli war es dann soweit und ich flog für zwei Wochen nach Australien. Die alte Heimat! Wenn ich irgendwo Spaß haben und mich völlig fallen lassen kann, dann in Melbourne.
Es war herrlich. Bis auf 2-3 Tage habe ich meine Mails nicht gecheckt. Ich hatte lediglich 2 Teammeetings über Skype und habe ansonsten ÜBERHAUPT NICHTS gemacht. Ich war shoppen, bei der Massage, bei der Kosmetik… Frauenkram eben zu dem ich sonst fast nie komme. Ich habe jede Menge Freunde und Bekannte getroffen und hatte insgesamt eine klasse Zeit.
Und oh Wunder: Nach nur einer Woche sah ich plötzlich wieder viel besser aus. Viel gesünder. Viel entspannter und erholter.
Der Abschied fiel mir sehr schwer. Wieder einmal fragte ich mich, warum ich eigentlich noch immer in Deutschland bin und nicht schon längst die Biege gemacht habe… *g *
Immerhin ist mein Visum nun aber wieder verlängert bis Ende 2015, was meinem Antrag auf Permanent Residency noch etwas Aufschub gibt.
Und Du bist tatsächlich wieder in den Flieger gestiegen, auch wenn wir uns nicht so gut kennen, hätte ich gewettet, dass wenn Du einmal wieder down under bist das Rückflugticket verschenkst.
Ich habe ja meine Firma in Hamburg. Wenn ich nicht wieder komme, was dann? Zuviel Verantwortung(sbewusstsein) zu viele Verpflichtungen und und und… das bringt dich dann doch dazu in den Flieger zu steigen. Auch wenn es schwer fällt.
