So ging es mit mir nicht mehr weiter. ich konnte mich nicht mehr konzentrieren, nicht mehr abschalten, war völlig unkreativ und nervlich auch nicht im gewohnten Lässigkeitsbereich.
Gegen Ende Juli war es dann soweit und ich flog für zwei Wochen nach Australien. Die alte Heimat! Wenn ich irgendwo Spaß haben und mich völlig fallen lassen kann, dann in Melbourne.
Es war herrlich. Bis auf 2-3 Tage habe ich meine Mails nicht gecheckt. Ich hatte lediglich 2 Teammeetings über Skype und habe ansonsten ÜBERHAUPT NICHTS gemacht. Ich war shoppen, bei der Massage, bei der Kosmetik… Frauenkram eben zu dem ich sonst fast nie komme. Ich habe jede Menge Freunde und Bekannte getroffen und hatte insgesamt eine klasse Zeit.
Und oh Wunder: Nach nur einer Woche sah ich plötzlich wieder viel besser aus. Viel gesünder. Viel entspannter und erholter.
