My new hood!
Mittwoch bekam ich von der Maklerin einer Wohnung, die ich vorletzte Woche besichtigte einen Anruf.
Sie hätte die Unterlagen der potentiellen Mieter an den Vermieter weitergegeben und dieser hätte nun noch ein paar Fragen. “Ist das ok für sie?”. Was soll ich darauf denn sagen… Sage ich nein, bin ich aus dem Rennen und vorallem weiss ich doch noch nicht was er wissen will. “Sießen sie los!”, sagte ich also.
Sie wollte wissen, ab wann ich einziehen kann und was das denn für ein Hund sei, den ich hätte. “Sie sagten, das ist ein Golden Retriever, nicht wahr?“. “Ähm, ich habe keinen Hund. Ich denke da verwechseln Sie mich.” Tiefe Enttäuschung bei mir, scheinbar war der Vermieter ja nicht an mir interessiert und peinliches Schweigen auf Seiten der Maklerin.
Meine Kollegin, die auch verzweifelt auf Wohnungssuche ist meinte hinterher: “Aha, wir brauchen also einen Golden retriever! So kommt man in HH an Wohnungen. Ruf sie an und sag ihr, bis zum nächsten Termin bringst du deinen eigenen Hund mit! *g*”.
Und dann….
…zwei Stunden später. Bekomme ich wieder einen Anruf der Maklerin. Sie erzählt mir etwas das ich nicht verstehe. Immobilienmakler-deutsch. Doch ich verstehe, dass sie mich am nächsten Tag treffen will, damit ich den Vertrag unterschreiben kann.
“Ich habe die Wohnung bekommen? OMG! Wissen sie wie lange ich schon suche und wie verzweifelt ich schon war, weil ich in 2 Wochen aus meiner Wohnung muss? OMG!!!”. Ich war einfach baff. “Ja ich kann mir das vorstellen, ich bin nämlich in einer ähnlichen Lage”`.” Also auch Maklern geht es nicht besser auf HH Wohnungsmarksmarkt.
Jetzt habe ich also eine Wohnung
Ich habe meinen Vertrag unterschrieben, Montag, also morgen, bekomme ich die Schlüssel und dann muss ich Möbel kaufen. Aufregend, doch es wurmt mich auch. Will ich mir doch alle Möglichkeiten offenhalten, um irgendwann (am besten so schnell wie möglich) wieder nach melbourne zu gehen. Auf der anderen seite denke ich mir, wenn man wirklich will, gibt es keine Hindernisse und ich werde meinen Plunder auch bestimmt schnell wieder los.
Und was ist das für eine Wohnung?
Derzeit wohne ich ja in einer 2ZKB Altbauwohnung im 4.OG. Die neue Wohnung ist ein Bau aus den 90ern denke ich, also etwas neueres Semester. Ich habe eine Erdgeschosswohnung, nicht mein Traum, aber ich war eben verzweifelt. Dafür habe ich einen Kellerraum, eine Terasse, und sowohl von der Küche, als auch vom Schlafzimmer kommt man zur Terasse. Zudem ist eine neue Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Herd/Ofen und WaMa drin. Großes Plus, sie war provisionsfrei. Das ist ziemlich selten in HH und ein echter Glücksfall. Die Kaution kann ich als Bürgschaftskaution hinterlegen, also nochmals 2500 Euro gespart. Dafür verzichte ich auch gerne mal auf einen Balkon.
Winterhude is my hood
Ich wohne jetzt immer noch in Winterhude, meine PLZ bleibt die gleiche, aber insgesamt, wohne ich nun noch zentraler an allem dran. Auch wenn mein Gebäude so ein Rotklinker Ding ist, sind die Häuser drumherum alle wunderschön, in den aliegenden Strassen gibt es viele kleine Cafés und Geschäfte. Ein Schuhmacher ist direkt vor der Tür und auch ein Gemüseladen und ein Kiosk. Perfekt wenn ihr mich fragt.
