Am Abend hatte ich nochmals einen Termin bei meinem Arzt, der auf Grund meiner Blutwerte plötzlich gar nicht mehr so sicher war, dass ich die Mumps hatte und mich sofort in die Notaufnahme des Krankenhaus schickte.
Meine Panik wurde größer, aber Dr Google versicherte mir immer wieder, alle Symptome sind eindeutig Mumps resultierend. Der nette Emergency Arzt war zum Glück ebensolcher Meinung und so durfte ich dann auch in der gleichen Nacht wieder nach Hause.
Die folgenden Tage war ich somit krankheitsbedingt damit beschäftigt mich zu fragen, ob mein Gesicht jemals wieder normale Ausmaße annehmen würde. Seit einigen Tagen tut es dies auch zum Glück und ich fühle mich auch wieder recht gut.
