Mein Deutschlandbesuch neigt sich langsam seinem Ende hin. Am Samstag morgen diese Woche werde ich bereits wieder im Flugzeug sitzen, mir ein paar Tränchen wegdrücken und mir gleichzeitig ein Loch in den Bauch freuen über all die schönen Filme, die mich auf dem Flug begleiten.
Ihr könnt euch vorstellen, dass der Stress-Level des sonst so gemütlichen Fudge, stark angestiegen ist in dieser Woche.
Kein Wunder, dass ich gestern Nacht lange wach lag, mich unruhig von einer Seite auf die andere wälzte und mein Hirn Karussell fuhr.
Zugegeben, nicht alle Gedanken hatten mit meiner Abreise zu tun.
Ein Großteil meines beschäftigten Hirnes befasste sich mit meiner Idee für ein neues Projekt.
Nein, nicht schon wieder ein neuer Blog!!!! *lach* Dieses Mal dreht sich das Projekt um meine Gesundheit. Besser gesagt um meine Ernährung.
In den letzten Wochen habe ich, auf zahlreichen Blogs die ich regelmäßig lese, einen neuen Trend beobachtet. Immer mehr Leute scheinen sich für Raw Food zu begeistern und das Konzept zu leben.
Ja ich weiß, man sollte nicht allen Trends folgen. Doch in den letzten Wochen habe ich dermaßen viel Fleisch, Fett und ungesunden Kram gegessen (auch dadurch bedingt, dass ich nicht selbst koche in Deutschland), dass ich mich extrem unwohl fühle.
Normalerweise, esse ich sowieso schon recht viel Obst & Gemüse. Selten kommt bei mir Fleisch auf den Teller und vor einiger Zeit bin ich bereits auf Sojamilch umgestiegen.
Und nun habe ich beschlossen (zumindest für 3 Monate) das Projekt Raw Food in die Tat umzusetzen.
Warum, fragt ihr euch? Hier sind einige der Gründe, die mich dazu bewegen:

“… A raw food diet creates major improvements in health. The reasons are not known, but the experience is unmistakable. Weight normalizes, which generally means a reduction in fat. At the same time, a person feels extremely energized. It’s as if energy would rather be burned up than converted to fat. There seems to be a major shift in physiology which makes one feel highly energized from raw food…”
Am Anfang war ich sehr skeptisch, was diese Art der Ernährung (ich kenne leider nicht die deutsche Übersetzung für Raw Foodists) betrifft. Doch nachdem ich mich schlau machte, was ich alles essen kann und welche Rezepte es gibt, fing ich an mich dafür zu begeistern.
Ich bin mir bewusst, dass ich einige Vitamine und Nährstoffe in dieser Form der Ernährung nicht haben werde (z.B: Vitamin B12) und diese weitestgehend durch Ersatzprodukte ergänzen muss.
Ich bin mir auch darüber bewusst, dass es sich nicht immer umsetzen lässt (z.B. bei Einladungen, Festen…) und in diesen Fällen mache ich auch Ausnahmen. Ich will mich ja nicht selbst kasteien.
Außerdem werde ich in dieser Zeit auf Alkohol, Cola Light und Kaffee verzichten. (Kaffee wird mir sehr schwer fallen!!!) Doch auch hier gilt, Ausnahmen sind erlaubt.
Ich werde mit dem Projekt mit Beginn des Februars starten und versuche es drei Monate durchzuhalten. Dass dies nicht einfach wird, ist mir völlig klar. Doch ich bin gespannt darauf eine neue Lebensweise kennen zulernen. Alte Muster zu durchbrechen und neue zu entdecken.
Vorallem jedoch bin ich gespannt, ob die “Nebenwirkungen” wirklich eintreten. Sprich, ob man wirklich so viel mehr Energie hat.
Nun wisst ihr, was mich seit Taaaaaaagen beschäftigt und weswegen ich beim Informationen suchen im Netz, auch tatsächlich vergesse zu bloggen. *lach*
