Bok Choy ist in Deutschland unter dem Namen Mangold bekannt. Ein sehr altes traditionelles Gemuese was es heute leider nicht mehr so oft gibt. Wer Spinat mag, der mag auch Bok Choy , schmeckt ziemlich aehnlich. Yummy!
