Heute morgen hatte ich bereits recht früh einen Termin in einem Beauty Salon.
Der aufmerksame Let’s call it Steve-Leser wird bereits wissen, in welcher Mission ich unterwegs war, allen anderen sei verraten, dass ich mir die Augenbrauen wachsen und färben ließ.
Eine junge hübsche Dame nahm mich in Empfang und ich erklärte ihr sogleich, dass dies mein erster Besuch dieser Art sei. Ich legte mich dann auf eine Liege und sie begann mit einer ausführlichen Beratung, was sie sich vorstellen würde und hörte sich meine Idee an. Nachdem wir dann alles notwendige wie Farbe, Form, etc… besprochen hatten, begann sie mit einer kleinen Stirnmassage zur Entspannung. Sehr schön, sage ich euch!
Und dann kam der heiße Wachs, an die Ränder meiner Brauen.
Im ersten Moment erschrak ich ein wenig, doch dann fühlte es sich sogar recht angenehm an.
Danach wurden kleine Streifen auf den Wachs gedrückt und RATSCH und AU, weg waren die ersten Härchen. Diese Prozedur wurde noch einige Male wiederholt.
Es tat nicht wirklich weh, eher wie wenn man ein Pflaster von der Haut zieht. Allerdings fühlte ich nach einer Weile, wie meine Haut etwas gereizt reagierte.
Danach kam dann die Färbeprozedur. Mit einem Mini-Pinselchen trug sie die Farbe auf und während sie einwirkte, unterhielten wir uns über Urlaubspläne.
Dann endlich kam die Farbe ab, noch etwas Creme drauf und fertig war die Fudge!
Und so schaut das Ergebnis nun aus:
Insgesamt dauerte es etwa 10 Minuten und kostete mich AU$20 (ca. 12 Euro).
Ich hatte noch nie so “aufgeräumte” Augenbrauen und sie künftig mit der Pinzette sauber zu halten dürfte nun völlig easy sein.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und die dunklere Farbe meiner Brauen, lasst die Augen etwas besser zur Geltung kommen. *Man muss dazu sagen, dass meine Brauen in Deutschland auch immer recht dunkel waren. Allerdings wurden sie hier, durch die Sonne ziemlich hell*
Aber mir persönlich kommt es so vor, als sehe ich völlig anders aus 
Mag aber auch nur Einbildung sein.
12 Euro für zehn Minuten… Hm… das gibt einen guten Stundenlohn. Ich bin am überlegen ob ich nicht den Beruf wechseln soll.

Früher habe ich mir mal selber die Wimpern gefärbt. Hölle, Hölle, Hölle…. ich konnte die Augen nicht 10 Minuten geschlossen halten und es hat sooo gebrannt.
Sah aber hinterher auch gut aus – als die Augen nicht mehr so rot waren.
