Wenn ich auf meinem anderen Blog mal etwas “leicht” Technik angehauchtes schreibe (z.B. wie man eine Suchmaschine wie Google effektiv fürs Online-Shopping nutzen kann), dann versuche ich alles möglichst simpel und verständlich zu formulieren. Nicht weil ich es nicht anders ausdrücken könnte, sondern weil ich meine Pappenheimer (meine Leser) einigermaßen kenne.
Ok, nicht persönlich. Aber ich lese meine Statistiken täglich und aufmerksam. Und jeder der sich ein wenig damit auskennt, kann sein Zielpublikum schnell einschätzen.
Mein Zielpublikum (wie gesagt, nicht hier auf Steve!!!) ist etwa zwischen 17 und 32 Jahre alt/jung. Geringes bis durchschnittliches Einkommen, geht gerne einkaufen, surft gerne im Netz und ist besonders von lustigen Seiten angetan. Es ist überwiegend weiblich und interessiert sich für Mode, Kunst und TV.
Und die Tatsache, dass man gerne im Netz surft bedeutet nicht auch gleichzeitig, dass man sich besonders gut mit seinen Funktionalitäten auskennt. Oder?! Eben!
Dies erörterte ich erst neulich mit einem meiner Auftraggeber. Diese versuchen nämlich gerade die Suchfunktion ihrer Seite zu optimieren. Warum sie dies tun? Ganz einfach, bei der Erstellung der Suchfunktion waren, wie soll es anders sein Techniker am Werk. Und ein Techniker denkt eben auch wie ein Techniker und nicht wie ein User. Er ist so sehr mit seiner Materie vertraut und kann es sich nicht vorstellen, dass jemand andere Gedankengänge entwickeln könnte, als er. Denn das würde sich ja gegen alle Gesätze der Logik richten.
Ihr braucht ein Beispiel? Ok. Der Techniker will einen grünen Stuhl suchen. Er gibt ein: Stuhl grün (vielleicht auch noch die Marke, wenn er einen bestimmten sucht). Der User aber gibt ein: Ich will einen Stuhl, der in meine Küche passt und grün ist.
Ihr glaubt es nicht? Nun gut, ich zeige euch mal mit welchen Suchbegriffen, oder besser Sätzen, so manch einer auf meinem Blog landet. Und los gehts:
- frau liebt taschen aber alles geschenkidee
- erfahrung berichte die original body butter süßes blut
- wo finde ich schuhe wie sie die maedels bei gossip girl tragen
- woher bekomme ich eine blaue tasche gold
- ich suche geschenke für jungs mit wenig geld *Und ich Jungs für wenig Geld…kicher*
- frisur auf foto anders als real
Tja mein kleiner Techniker. Damit sind deine Gesetze der Logik wohl aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten. Und somit sei auch bewiesen, es weiß zwar so gut wie jedes Kind, dass Google eine Suchmaschine ist, aber nicht alle wissen wie man gezielt und effektiv damit umgeht. (Was ja auch gut so ist, sonst würde ich kein Geld verdienen *grins*)
Und bei euch? Habt ihr auch so lustige Kracher unter euren Suchbegriffen?
