Wie ich darauf komme? Ich habe heute frei, und wirklich nichts, aber auch rein gar nichts zu tun. Nun ja, ich hätte schon, aber das lasse ich heute einfach unter den Tisch fallen.
Und damit Menschen mit einem “How-to-waste-a-day Problem” geholfen wird, habe ich hier mal einen kleinen Ratgeber zusammen gestellt:
*Der Morgen*:
- Am Besten beginnt man einen solchen Tag damit, genüsslich mit einer Tasse Kaffe, oder Tee und einem Croissant langsam im Bett wach zu werden. Wer einen Laptop hat kann den zu sich nehmen und in Ruhe seine Mails checken und die News lesen.
Gerade an einem solchen Tag ist es wichtig informiert zu bleiben, sonst ist man evtl. am nächsten Tag bei Gesprächen im Büro, oder unter Freunden “ausgegrenzt”. Oder man verapasst etwas wirklich wichtiges in den News!
Wer keinen Laptop hat und sich nicht an seinen Rechner setzen möchte (was ich verstehen kann, denn dort ist es bei weitem nicht so kuschelig warm), hat zu dieser Zeit die perfekte Gelegenheit ein Buch zu lesen, oder die Zeitschrift, die man schon lange lesen wollte, aber keine Zeit dazu fand.
- Da man genug Zeit zur Verfügung hat, ist es der ideale Zeitpunkt, sich selbst zu verwöhnen. Aber auch Duscher kommen nicht zu kurz. Mit fruchtigen Düften und Ölen kann man auch unter einer Dusche seinem Körper etwas gönnen.
Danach fühlt man sich herrlich entspannt und es ist noch genügend Zeit für eine Maniküre und eine Pediküre.
*Der Mittag*:
- Langsam wird es Zeit für das Mittagessen. Am Besten ist es natürlich selbst zu kochen, doch gerade an einem solchen Tag, hat man oft keine Lust dazu, oder man mag nicht in den Supermarkt düsen, weil einem wichtige Zutaten fehlen. Was auch immer man auch zu Mittag isst, man sollte bedenken, dass man sich an diesem Tag nur recht wenig bewegen wird und Fast Food oder fettiges Essen nur schwer im Magen liegt und ihn aufbläht. Das Ergebnis, man wird sich unwohl, dick und hässlich fühlen und den tag nur noch damit verbringen das Internet nach passenden Crash – Diäten zu durchsuchen. Also lieber Finger weg davon.
Ich bevorzuge an solchen Tagen eine leichte Suppe und ein Brötchen, einen Salat, oder Spaghetti mit Pesto, oder einer Tomatensoße. Das geht schnell, ist schnell weggeräumt und macht nicht viel Arbeit. Als Nachtisch eignet sich IMMER Obst!!!

- Wem nicht der Sinn nach Filmen steht, der kann den Abend gemütlich eingekuschelt auf dem Sofa verbringen und lesen. Eine Tasse Tee oder Kakao hierbei ist unerlässlich!
