Seit meinem Halbmarathon im Juni, habe ich mein Lauftraining ein wenig vernachlässigt. Doch diese Woche wagte ich einen Neustart. Ich habe mir noch kein konkretes Ziel gesetzt, aber einige Läufe in nächster Zeit, werde ich sicher laufen.
Doch heute erlebte ich den absoluten super Gau!!!
Wie gesagt, ich war in letzter Zeit nicht mehr so viel laufen. Das hat zur Folge, dass ich
a) nicht mehr ganz so schnell bin und
b) schnaufe wie ein Walross, weil mir die Kondition fehlt.
Als ich nach 20 Minuten also merkte, dass mir ein Päuschen gut tun würde habe ich mich wie ein Profi zu den Stretch- und Dehngeräten im Park begeben. Diese Übungen sehen professionell aus und kein Mensch merkt, dass ich mich gerade verschnaufe 
Clever gell? Klappt auch normaler Weise, nur heute nicht!
Während ich mich also wie eine Brezel verdrehte und noch immer nach Luft rang, war plötzlich ein Schatten über mir. “Hey Sandra! How you’re doing? You don’t mind if I join you for a run, do you!?”
Shit!Shit!Shit! Das war mein Physiotherapeut. Ja, der gut aussehende. Ja, der sportliche. Der, der die 10km unter 30 Minuten läuft. Ich laufe gerade mal die 5km unter 30 Minuten. Außerdem hat er schlankere Oberschenkel als ich! Und ist brauner! Und fitter! Und überhaupt!!! Natürlich macht es mir etwas aus, wenn er mit mir läuft!!!!!! Als ich ihn das letze Mal sah, war ich gerade in den Vorbereitungen zum Halbmarathon. Damals war ich noch irre fit und habe damit auch geprahlt! Dann kann ich ja jetzt nicht zugeben, dass mein iPod mehr leisten kann, als ich.
“Hi Raoul! Nice to see you! Yes sure, why not!? It’s gonna be fun.”
Und was für’n Fun!!!! Ich lach mir gleich ein Loch in den Bauch.
Also trottelte ich neben ihm los. Mein Kopf hatte nach 5 min sicher die Farbe einer überreifen Tomate. Und ich versuchte verzweifelt nicht so zu schnaufen. Und dann fing der Kerl auch noch an sich zu unterhalten. Versucht das mal, wenn ihr gleichzeitig versucht, nicht zu schnaufen! Viel Glück
Nach einer halben Stunde verabschiedete ich mich dann, mit der Begründung schon seit 1,5 Stunden zu laufen *hüstel*. Ich glaube ich muss mich künftig besser tarnen. Oder ich suche mir eine andere Laufstrecke.
Aber das gab mir heute wirklich zu denken. Ich bin innerhalb kurzer Zeit wieder extrem unfit geworden…vergleichsweise….
Deswegen habe ich mir etwas ausgedacht. Ich setze mich jetzt ein wenig unter Druck und mache mein Training öffentlich. Keine Angst, ich werde euch nicht mit Zeiten und Trainigsdaten nerven!!! Nein, ich habe ein neues Widget im Blog eingebaut. *scrollt mal nach unten…unter dem Twitter Widget*
Mein Ziel: 12x laufen in 4 Wochen! Und ihr könnt nun immer sehen, wie weit ich noch von meinem Ziel entfernt bin. Oder ob ich es überhaupt schaffe motiviert zu bleiben Mein Ehrgeiz ist auf jeden Fall geweckt!
