Samstags gehe ich immer gerne ein wenig bummeln. Nicht zuletzt, weil ich meist auch meine Wocheneinkäufe an diesem Tag erledige. Es war zwar ziemlich frostig draußen, doch die Sonne schien. Ideale Voraussetzungen für einen kleinen Bummel!
Geplant hatte ich eigentlich, heute in der Früh zum Yoga zu gehen, doch ich verschlief. So sehr, dass mein Magen schon nach Mittagessen verlangte, bevor ich überhaupt geduscht war. Aber der konnte warten! Zumindest so lange, bis ich hier ankam:
…in meinem Lieblings – Sushitrain.
Das fatale war, mein Magen knurrte wie ein Bär. Und daher langte ich ordentlich zu. Ich trank zuerst eine Miso Soup. Dann hatte ich einige Nigiri Sushi mit Ei, Lachs, Thunfisch und Tintenfisch und Maki Sushi mit Thunfisch. Danach hatte Fudge immer noch nicht genug und gönnte sich noch eine Portion Gyosa. Das alles wurde abgerundet von frischen Ingwer. Yummie, sag ich euch. Aber mein Bauch fühlte sich an als platze er jeden Augenblick.
Das Gute an einem ausgedehnten Mittagessen (auch wenn es bereits 15 Uhr war) ist, man braucht anschließend Bewegung. Shopping als Kalorien verbrennendes Diätwunder sozusagen! 
Zunächst bummelte ich ein wenig ziellos umher, um dann geradewegs in einem meiner Lieblingsshops zu landen. Nämlich hier:
… wo ich Seife, Cremes, Cleanser, Gesichtsmasken und solche Sachen einkaufe. Man riecht den Laden schon aus hundert Metern Entfernung. Und das meine ich wörtlich!!! Es riecht intensiv nach Seife, Lavendel, und… keine Ahnung. Allerdings scheint dieser Duft Männer abzuhalten. Denn ich sehe immer nur Mädels in dem Laden. 
Also wenn ihr mal nach Melbourne kommt denkt daran, in diesem Laden gibt es außer dem männlichen Verkäufer (der offensichtlich selber Männer bevorzugt) nichts zu holen!
Von dort aus ging es kreuz und quer durch die Geschäfte. Ich machte ein paar billige Schnäppchen hier und da und dann ging es, wie soll es anders sein wenn Frauen shoppen gehen, in ein Cafe! Und da der Sushibauch wieder weggeshoppt war, hatten wir uns ein dickes Stück Kuchen verdient. Zu meiner Verteidigung ist zu sagen, dass ich das Stück nicht alleine gegessen habe!!!
Zum Abschluss habe ich es tatsächlich doch noch geschafft meinen dicken Bauch in den Supermarkt zu schleppen.
Und nun sitze ich mit meiner kleinen Flasche SKY BLUE (Wodka mit Lemon) vorm Rechner und genieße den Samstag Abend. Ich habe heute keine Lust etwas zu unternehmen und so bleibe ich auch zu hause. Habe auch noch genug zu tun hier.
Ahhh, da fällt mir ein. Meine Einkäufe habe ich euch ja auch fotografiert. Nein nicht die vom Supermarkt, keine Sorge. Obwohl das sicher auch einen interessanten Einblick in Fudges Leben geben würde. *lach*
Das Ergebnis meines Shoppingtrips: 3 Singlets, einen Slip, und ein Päckchen Cleanser.
So und nun geh ich mir noch ein Bounty holen! Und morgen früh gehe ich die Kalorien wieder wegtrainieren! *Schande über mein Haupt, ich bin ein verfressenes Stück*
