Es war und ist heute ein regnerischer Samstag. Hin und wieder schaute mal die Sonne hervor, doch größtenteils dominierten dicke Regentropfen das Bild.
Ich lag lange im Bett, surfte und las die Tageszeitung (online), schlürfte Kaffee und gammelte ein wenig vor mich hin. Doch da ich noch einige Dinge besorgen musste, machte ich mich gegen Mittag auf zum Fashion Capital. So nennt sich nämlich ein Shopping Center hier in der Nähe. Chadstone – The Fashion Capital. Und recht haben sie damit, denn das Center ist riesig und die Auswahl der Geschäfte einfach klasse.
Mein primäres Ziel war jedoch der Laden von Max Therapy, einem kleinen chinesischen Massage-Laden. Als Schreibtischhocker tut mir eigentlich immer der Nacken und die Schultern weh und deswegen gönne ich mir immer wieder gerne Massagen. So auch heute!
Heute stand auf der Tageskarte Neck, Shoulder, Arms and Hands für mich.
Ich kam gleich an die Reihe und ein kleiner Chinese hüpfte aufgeregt um mich herum, knetete und massierte was das Zeug hielt. Alles gut und schön, hätte er nicht so extrem nach Kräutern gerochen. Dieser Mix aus Bronchiensaalbe, Tiger Halm und Latschenkiefer hing an dem Mann, wie eine zweite Haut. Meine Nase wurde sofort frei! *g*
Doch selbst jetzt, wo ich wieder zu hause bin und alles erledigt habe, rieche ich noch immer nach dem Zeugs. Es riecht so, so, so… gesund. Ich muss mich jetzt erst mal duschen und den Duft des kleinen Chinesen loswerden.
Doch die Massage war super! Ich fühlte mich hinterher wie neugeboren. Auch wenn es während der Massage hin und wieder arg weh tat. Doch das bleibt nicht ganz aus.

- O.P.I. Nagellack Koala Bear-Y – Ich trauere dem deutschen Sommer noch so nach!!!!
- Magnetic To Do List – als Einkaufsliste für an den Kühlschrank
- To Do List – Weil ich den Block so nett fand
- Sticky Notes – kann man immer brauchen
- Ein Olivenbrot
- Essen und Wein aus dem Supermarkt
- Lush – Angel on Bare Skin Cleanser
Sonst nichts mehr, reicht fürs erste auch! Ich mache mich nun mal fertig, der Samstag Abend ruft *gähn* ;-D
