Es ist nun kurz nach 18:30 Uhr und draußen ist es noch taghell. Ja, es scheint sogar die Sonne und lächelt uns in den Feierabend.
Das ist noch nicht lange so. Vor kurzem noch, war es um diese Zeit bereits dunkel. Es ist also nicht verwunderlich, dass ich noch denke, es sei erst 16 Uhr.
Das Licht und die Sonne lockt nun auch mehr Leute in die Straßencafes. Man kommt automatisch in Sommerstimmung. Am Sonntag war es sogar 33 Grad! Selbst am Abend, den ich Wein trinkend am Fluss verbrachte, war es noch so warm, dass man das Gefühl hatte, im Sommerurlaub auf einer karibischen Insel zu sein.
Doch der Sommer hat nicht nur angenehme Seiten. Diese durfte ich am Sonntag am eigenen Leib feststellen. Denn nun sind kaschierende Pullover, lange Hosen, dicke Mäntel völlig fehl am Platz! Nun heißt es Bikini, Shorts, Röcke und Shirts. Der Sommer kennt da keine Gnade.
Ich werde also gezwungen, meine noch weiße Haut, in kurzen Stoff-Fetzen zu präsentieren, die völlig schmerzfrei, alle meine Schwachstellen aufdecken. Ein Blick in den Spiegel sagte mir dann auch: “No way, Fudge! Den Rock ziehst du besser wieder aus!”.
Getrieben von dieser aufgezwungenen Motivation, startete ich also gestern eine Diät. Zu viel nackte Orangenhaut wurde mir am Sonntag, von anderen Mädels präsentiert. Und ich werde mich nicht kampflos in die Reihen der “Summer Obesity Society” einreihen.
Versteht mich nicht falsch. Von mir aus sollte jeder das tragen, was ihm gefällt. Doch man sollte vielleicht hin und wieder auf sein Spiegelbild hören. Nicht jedem steht ein extremer Mini, oder ein bauchfreies Top. Und auch wer ein paar Pfunde mehr hat, kann cool aussehen im Sommer.
Einzig die Tatsache, dass es augenscheinlich eine Menge Mädels gibt, die ähnliche Probleme haben wie ich, verleiht mir wieder ein wenig Selbstwertgefühl. Mädels, die über den Winter ein wenig Polster angefuttert haben und nun an Bauch und Beinen, die Resultate sehen. Die Summer Obesity Society eben.
Doch zurück zu meiner Diät. Ich fing also gestern damit an.
Gestern Abend, nach einem kurzen Resümee dessen, was ich tagsüber in den Fudgebauch schaufelte, beschloss ich, den Diätbeginn zu verschieben. Auf heute! Lief auch gut, bis heute…. naja, bis etwa gegen 13 Uhr! Da wurde mir eine GANZE Tafel Schokolade zum Opfer. Ich habe keine Ahnung, wie das Geschehen konnte. Ich saß am Rechner, arbeitete und plötzlich war sie weg. Vielleicht war ich es auch gar nicht, sondern kleine Wichtel?! Hmmmm?
Wie auch immer! Das schlechte Gewissen ist da! Und morgen fange ich wirklich mit meiner Diät an! Wirklich!!!

Das ist auch immer mein Problem im Frühling. Ich will Röcke etc. anziehen. Schäme mich aber mich mit meinen winterlichen käseweissen Beinen so auf der Strasse zu präsentieren. Allerdings, ohne meine Haut der Sonne auszusetzen, wird sie halt auch nicht braun!
Dilemma!
Ich könnte ja Selbstbräuner nehmen, das Ergebnis sieht aber meist furchtbar aus. Solarium is nix für mich… Also muss ich meist eben doch warten, bis ich ein paar mal am Strand war.
Warum muss das Leben nur so kompliziert sein?!!
Also meine jängere Schwester erzähl mir seit Jahren schon, das sie ihre Diät ab Montag beginnt. Ich habe bis jetzt noch nicht herausgefunden auf welches Jahr und welchen Monat dieser ominöse Montag fällt. Aber das bekomme ich auch noch raus.
