Ich bin wieder in der Zivilisation!!!!!!!!
Seit Donnerstag bin ich wieder in Melbourne und genieße es Duschen und Toiletten zu haben, ohne durch Nacht und Nebel einen kleinen Fußmarsch zu unternehmen. Hehe!
Ich war mit einem Jeep in Tasmanien unterwegs, der so umgebaut war, das man ihn als Camper nutzen kann. Sehr praktisch sag ich euch. Auch wenn ich in meinem Minikabuff unterm Dach manchmal ein wenig Platzangst bekam und die schlechte Luft von unten ja nach oben stieg. Doch das Auto alleine war schon eine Wucht!
Diese Jeeps haben einen Kühlschrank, Töpfe, Besteck, eine Solardusche (ein schwarzer Wassersack den man gefüllt an einen Baum hing und wartete, bis die Sonne so gnädig war aus Eiswasser, lauwarmes Wasser zu machen ;-D) und auch sonst alles was man so brauchte.
Mit diesem Ding, also dem Auto nicht der Dusche, ging es einmal komplett durch Tassie.
Was nun wie eine kleine Spazierfahrt klingt, ist in Wirklichkeit ein up and down durch Serpentinen, begleitet von unterschiedlichster Vegetation und einem absoluten Niemandsland. An einem Tag fiel mir auf, dass ich etwa 5 Stunden unterwegs war, ohne zwischendrin auch nur die leiseste Spur von Zivilisation zu sehen. Nicht einmal Handyempfang hatte ich die ganzen Tage über!
Doch ich bin auch viel gewandert! Jawoll!
Will man nämlich etwas sehen, muss man sich in Tasmanien zu Fuß auf den Weg machen. Dazu sollte man wissen, dass Tasmanien eine Ansammlung von vielen, vielen Naturschutzparks ist, in die man zwar bis zu einem gewissen Punkt mit dem Auto rein kann, doch dann heißt es: Und bitte nun die Wanderstiefel anziehen! ;-D
So kletterte Fudge über Stock und Stein und zog sich hierbei den Spitznamen “Bergziegen-Fudge” ein.
Es war toll sag ich euch. Die Landschaft in Tasmanien, die Farbe der Flüsse, Seen und des Meers dort sind der reinste Wahnsinn. So etwas habe ich noch nicht gesehen.
Wettertechnisch hatte ich absolutes Glück. Während es über Ostern in Melbourne wohl nicht so toll war, hatte ich strahlend blauen Himmel, Sonnenschein, warme Temperaturen und nur hin und wieder Regen. Ich wurde zwar auf einer Wanderung vom Regen überrascht und kam klitschnass und zitternd wieder an der Talstation an, doch auch dies war es wert, denn auf dieser Tour konnte ich einige tolle Fotos machen.
(Etwa drei Minuten nach diesem Bild fing es an in Strömen zu regnen)
Leider kann ich euch momentan noch keine zeigen. Mein Flickr-Volumen ist für diesen Monat aufgebraucht und ich muss noch ein paar Tage bis April warten, bis ich wieder welche hochladen kann. Doch selbstverständlich schicke ich euch gleich den Link, sobald die Bilder online sind.
Es war wirklich die wohl beste Sache, die ich bislang in Australien machte. Ich meine, wann hat man es schon mal, dass einem ein Wombat über die Füße läuft, wenn man aus der Dusche kommt? Oder Wallabis und kleine Tasmanische Füchse, die Nachts zu deinem Camper kommen? Haaaaach, es war sooo schön!!!!
Und soll ich euch etwas verraten?
Ich habe mich in Hobart verliebt. die größte Stadt in Tassie (mit etwa 200.000 Einwohnern) ist wohl der freundlichste Fleck auf der Erde und so kuschelig und gemütlich. Es hat sogar Berge dort. Nicht wie hier in Melbourne wo alles flach ist. Da ergeben sich sportlich gesehen ganz neue Perspektiven. Irgendwann einmal, werde ich nach Hobart ziehen! Erinnert euch an meine Worte!!! *grins*
So und nun muss ich mich mal fertig machen. Mein Kühlschrank ist ziemlich leer und ich muss mal ein bisschen Shopping machen.
…..ach hatte ich ganz vergessen zu erwähnen… Stellt euch vor, meine Internetabstinenz war bei weitem nicht so schlimm wie ich dachte! Ich habe es nicht wirklich vermisst! Wer hätte das gedacht!?

Bei Flickr lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach schon fast der Pro Account. Ich finde es ist auch ein Super Ort um Backups der digitalen Fotosammlung anzulegen. Allerdings nur wenn man einen Ort mit hohem Upstream kenn.

@ Andi: Nein die Bilder kommen noch online. Versprochen!!! Die kamera ist klasse, doch ich mache noch immer viele fehler und teste noch viel aus. Dadurch sind etwa 1/3 der Bilder Schrott. Zu dunkel, zu körnig, zu hell… Aber das wird noch! Es macht auf jeden fall irre Spaß!

Bin am Überlegen, ob ich nicht einen Pro Account nehmen soll. Der Nonkonforme meinte im April wird es einige Neuerungen auf Flickr geben, die warte ich mal noch ab. Vielleicht erhöhen sie ja die Anzahl der alben die man erstellen kann, das wúrde mir schon reichen.
