Es war immer unglaublich früh dunkel. Wenn ich von der Arbeit kam, war ich müde und hatte keine Lust, mir erst noch im Dunkeln Laufstrecken zu suchen. War ja auch alles noch neu hier.
Dann war es die Arbeit…
Nach und nach wurden die Projekte mehr, die Arbeitszeit länger und es kamen Abendtermine hinzu. Und wenn ich dann nach Hause kam, hatte ich schlichtweg keine Power mehr.
Alles nur Ausreden…
So kam es, dass ich seit ich in Hamburg lebe, es nur einige wenige Male schaffte meinen müden Hintern zu bewegen. Vom Radfahren mal abgesehen, aber das brauche ich ja, um von A nach B zu kommen (Autoersatz), blieb der Sport also aus.
Und so kam es…
…dass ich tatsächlich 6!!!! Kilo zugenommen habe, seit ich in Deutschland bin. Das Kantinenessen war dabei sicher auch nicht hilfreich. Doch vor einer Woche war es dann soweit und mein Wille und meine Motivation verbündeten sich und ich startete meine Erährungsumstellung. Ziel ist wieder mein Wohlfühlgewicht zu erhalten. Was das ist verrate ich nun aber nicht *G*
Run Fudge, run…
Tja und da zu einer solchen Umstellung auch Sport gehört, brachte ich mich auch endlich wieder dazu meine Laufschuhe anzuziehen. …und man tut das gut. Hat man erst einmal seinen inneren Faulpelz überwunden, geht es richtig gut. Und ich bin erstaunt, wie fit ich noch bin. Unglaublich. Sicher, es könnte besser sein und ich war auch schon mal schneller, aber…
