Schon wieder fast 2 Monate nicht gepostet. Vielleicht sollte ich Steve mal mit Instagram, tumblr und Twitter verknüpfen, dann wäre hier sicherlich mehr los. Meine Versprechen (auch mir selbst gegenüber) hier wieder aktiver zu werden, nimmt mir langsam auch keiner mehr ab. (Nur ich glaube noch daran)
Anyways…
Seit Jahresanfang hat sich doch so einiges getan. Ich fasse die wichtigsten Punkte mal in Bulletpoints zusammen:
- Freizeit – ich lebe sie wieder und nehme mir für mich selbst mehr Zeit
- Die Firma läuft gut – daraus resultiert wohl auch der erste Bulletpoint
- Meine schöne Sommerbräune vom letzten Urlaub ist komplettamente weg. Sehr schade
- Der wohl wichtigste Punkt – Ich mochte mich nicht mehr im Spiegel sehen und passte nicht mehr in die Klamotten, die ich mir kaufen wollte. Deswegen habe ich eine Diät begonnen. Ich bin bereits in Woche 4 und habe bereits 4 Kilos runter
- Ich mache jetzt DVD Sport – Die günstige Home-Variante des Fitness-Studios
Die beiden letzten Punkte sind derzeit auch recht freizeitfüllend. Aber es musste tatsächlich eine drastische Maßnahme her, wenn ich nicht bald wie Schweinchen Dick aussehen wollte. Von daher mache ich, was ein echter Onliner so tut: Ich nehme übers Internet ab, mit Weight Watchers Online. Das habe ich vor Jahren schon recht erfolgreich getan und nun kam ich darauf zurück.
Ich habe noch nicht wirklich viele Diäten in meinem Leben ausprobiert, doch die meisten jagen mir schon Angst ein oder demotivieren mich, wenn ich nur schon lese, was zu tun und zu lassen ist. Das ist bei WW Online nicht der Fall. Hier muss ich nur den Hintern hochbekommen und überwiegend selbst kochen. So stelle ich nach und nach meine Ernährung von “Super Junk” zu “Gesund” um. Und ja, es bringt was. Auch wenn ich meine 4 Kilos noch nicht sehe, so zeigt die Waage doch einen Rückschritt an und das alleine tut schon gut.
Die Woche nun habe ich mir meine allererste Fitness-DVD gekauft.
Ich gehe ja gerne und häufig joggen, doch momentan komme ich immer so spät aus dem Büro und dann bekomme ich den Hintern nicht hoch, um mich um die Alster zu schleppen. Nun und für Fitness-Studio fehlt es mir ein wenig am Geld. Als Start-up Gründer hat man es nicht so dicke, besonders wenn man eine teure Wohnung in HH bewohnt.
Heute habe ich sie zum ersten Mal getestet…
Sie ist gut. Sehr gut sogar. Die Einheiten sind lediglich 20 Minuten lang, doch das alleine reichte heute schon aus, dass ich heute den Abend lieber auf dem Sofa verbringe, statt mich in den samstagabend zu stürzen. *g* Unglaublich wie sehr ich meine schmerzenden Muskeln schon spüre.
Morgen ist nun wieder mein Wiegetag.
Immer Sonntags trage ich in mein Online-System meinen Fortschritt, sprich Gewichtsverlauf, im Online Tool ein. Morgen darf ich wieder. Man soll sich auch nur einmal die Woche wiegen laut Programm. Doch da ich ja so unglaublich neugierig bin, wiege ich mich öfters (so ziemlich täglich um genau zu sein *g*) Und bereits heute morgen sah ich, dass ein weiteres Kilo runter ist. Damit wäre ich dann bei 5 Kilos. Darf ich ja aber eigentlic erst morgen verraten… ich wiege mich ja schließlich nicht täglich *gggg*
Ich freu mir einen Ast und freue mich schon wieder auf Zeiten, wo ich wieder die Klamotten kaufen kann die mir gefallen und nicht die, die mir auch passen.
Insgesamt müssen 15 Kilos runter. Von denen werde ich nach Abnahme wieder etwa 2 Kilos zunehmen und damit bin ich dann in einem absolten Happieness-Level für mich. Hach, ich kann es kaum erwarten!
