Gestern war ich neue Laufschuhe kaufen.
Meine alten hätten es zwar noch einige Kilometer gemacht, aber a) hatte ich noch einen Gutschein von meinen Laufladen und gestern war der letzte Tag seiner Gültigkeit und b) bekam ich seit einiger Zeit in meinen alten Brooks immer wieder Blasen. Hinzu kam wieder einmal das alte Problem, dass mein Zeh am linken Fuß wieder Dauer-blau ist und ich wohl bald den Nagel verliere. Again. *seufz*
Das alles führte dazu, dass ich am gestrigen Sonntag noch schnell in den Laufladen hüpfte.
Dort dann die übliche Prozedur… ab aufs Laufband und ein Video von Fudges Füßen machen…. Schuh anziehen…. Schuh testen… Laufband….neuer Schuh….
Das übliche eben.
Meine Wahl und auch die des Verkäufers fiel schließlich auf ein Model von Asics – GEL-KAYANO 14.
Und im Vergleich zu meinen alten Laufschuhen, sehen sie sogar verdammt klasse aus. So shiny und grün und stylisch… *grins*
Als ich später nach hause kam, probierte ich sie natürlich nochmals an…. Aber sch… Der Verkäufer gab mir versehentlich ein Paar, mit zwei unterschiedlichen Größen.
Also ging ich heute nochmals zum Laufladen, um zu korrigieren, was mein leicht verwirrter Verkäufer gestern versemmelte.
Wieder zuhause angekommen, zog ich natürlich sofort meine neuen Schmuckstücke an und unterzog sie einem Test Drive – sprich einem kleinen Lauf. Und wow, was fühlen die sich so gut an.
Ja, neue Laufschuhe sind immer klasse und die Dämpfung ist umwerfend, aber dieser Schuh ist tatsächlich sein Geld wert. Im Vorderfußbereich sehr flexibel, hinten sehr stabil und die Dämpfung ist atemberaubend.
Aber das Beste… ich hatte nach dem Lauf keine Schmerzen in meinem Zeh. Hoffen wir mal, dass es auch so bleibt. Ach ich kann den nächsten Lauf kaum erwarten.
Wenn ich nun auch noch so laufen könnte, wie meine Schuhe aussehen wäre alles in Butter *g*
Das mit dem Zeh und dem Nagel klingt ja “Örks”. Ist ja heftig. Und so etwas muß ich lesen, wenn ich kurz vorm Essen bin. Ts ts ts.
Ah nun weiss ich welchen Schuh du hast. Sieht gut aus. Ich habe mich auch monatelang mit meinen ausgeleierten Nike Shox durch die Parks gequaelt bis ich mich endlich Richtung Laufladen begeben habe. Ist echt was angenehmes wenn so ein Laufschuh gut passt. Aber was zum Henker machst du denn bitte mit deinem Zehnagel?
Ich habe ja immer nur das Problem, das mir die Fuesse einschlafen, wie auch immer das beim Laufen passieren kann. Na dann wirst du ja nun sehr oft laufen gehen und mich am 7.12. meilenweit hinter dir lassen.

@ Claudi: Ich kaufe meine Laufschuhe eigentlich immer im Laufshop. Macht einfach mehr Sinn und ist besser für die Füße. Laufschuhe sind nun mal nicht ganz billig und da sollten sie schon richtig sitzen.
Wenn deine Füße einschlafen beim Laufen, hast du nicht die richtigen Schuhe. Vielleicht sind sie zu klein? Oder trink mal Kaffee vorm Lauf *kleiner scherz :-)*
Und keine Angst, ich werde dir nicht davon laufen… Bin erst einmal außer Gefecht gesetzt, da ich seit gestern abend krank bin und es mir richtig mies geht.

Die sehen wirklich hübsch aus. Ich hebe mir das bis kommendes Jahr auf, solange kann ich die alten noch im Park verwenden. Die sind nun auch schon etwas älter und nach ~1.200 km soll man die Runner auch wechseln. Dann versuche ich mir ein Paar anzuschaffen, die deutlich besser straßentauglich sind als es die Alten jemals waren, sprich extrem gute Dämpfung. Der alte Mann und sein Rücken.

Ich habe noch nie davon gehört, dass Füsse beim laufen einschlafen können. *schanell_mal_google_anwirft* Ah, das Symptom ist gar nicht mal unbekannt. Du solltest die Schuhe loser schnüren, oder weitere Schuhe versuchen.

@Rüdiger and Fudge: ich habe auch schon gegoogelt und deswegen ja seit ein paar Monaten neue Schuhe und seit dem ist es deutlich besser nur wenn ich mal wieder zu fest geschnürt habe dann schlafen sie ein. Es ist halt nur immer so ärgerlich wenn man nach einer Weile anhalten muss und die Schuhe ausziehen und neu binden muss.
@Fudge Gute Besserung und laß dich mal ein wenig pflegen.
@ ruediger: Ich wechsele alle ~800 – 900km. Ist auch immer eine schöne Motivation neue Gear zu haben. Da läuft es sich gleich wieder besser

@ Claudi: Man merkt doch schon zu Beginn, dass man zu eng geschnürt hat, oder? Aber vielleicht bin ich da auch zu empfindlich
@ Matthias: Very sexy!!!! Aber wart nur, bis einige Läufe damit vollbracht werden. Dann sehen sie nicht mehr sexy aus und riechen auch wohl nicht mehr sexy *lach*

Vielleicht helfen dickeren Socken und dann etwas fester schnüren. Ob Kompressionskniestrümpfe (klick ) helfen könnten?
