Ab morgen startet mein Raw Food Experiment. Ich hatte ja bereits davon berichtet, dass ich mit Beginn des Februars meine Ernährung ganz umstellen werde. Und morgen ist es soweit, das Experiment kann beginnen.
Schon die letzten Tage habe ich meine Ernährung stark danach ausgerichtet. Sozusagen als Eingewöhnung.
Ich habe mir ein paar extra Körner und Obst gekauft und mich auch weiter schlau gelesen zum Thema Raw Food. Es wird zu Beginn angeraten, nicht komplett auf Raw Food umzustellen, da man es einfach nicht gewöhnt ist und erst einmal seinen Alltag darauf einstellen sollte. Ein sehr vernünftiger Ansatz wie ich finde. Empfohlen wird ein 2:1 Verhältnis. Soll heißen, zwei drittel der aufgenommenen Nahrung sollte Raw Food sein, und ein drittel gekochte Nahrung (auch pasteurisierte Produkte, gebackenes wie Brot, …) . Und wer es schafft, mit der Zeit ganz auf Raw umzustellen, umso besser.
Ich las auch, dass es nicht weiter schlimm ist, wenn man Lust auf etwas herkömmliches hat und “normal” isst. Man sollte jeden Tag als neuen Anfang ansehen und nicht als strenges Konzept, bei dem man in einem schwachen Moment durchfällt und die “Prüfung nicht besteht”.

Vorhin war ich bereits ein wenig einkaufen und mein morgiges Frühstück und Mittagessen steht auch bereits fest:
- Zum Frühstück wird es ein Müsli geben mit Sojamilch *Nichts besonderes, da ich das eh fast jeden Morgen esse*
- Zum Mittagessen *was bei mir so gegen 2 Uhr ist* gibt es dann einen sogenannten Green Smoothie. Da kommt rein: 2 Löffel Protein Powder (fragt mich nicht ob das Raw ist, das stand so im Rezept, das ich gefunden habe
) , Soja Milch, von mir tiefgekühlte Beeren, gemahlene Leinsamen, Spinat (frisch), ein wenig Zimt und evtl. noch eine Nektarine. Der Spinat soll angeblich nicht herauszuschmecken sein. Er ist nur gut für die Farbe *gg* und als Nährstofflieferant. - Abendessen – wahrscheinlich ein Ceasar Salad. Da kommt dann das 2:1 Verhältnis zum tragen. Denn es ist ein klein wenig Speck und Parmesankäse im Salat.
Der Grüne Smoothie soll angeblich für eine Menge Energie sorgen, die einem über den Mittag und Nachmittag bringt. Ich bin gespannt, ob dem wirklich so ist.

ich bin gespannt. kann mir nur schlecht vorstellen, dass so ein smoothie wirklich lange sättigt. also, so über mehrere stunden hinweg. und die farbkombi rotblau (die beeren) und grün (der spinat) stell ich mir schauderhaft vor. machst du ein foto davon?

Find ich aber richtig gut, dass es jetzt nicht so ein ?bel strenges Konzept ist. Dann kann es ja auch schon schnell mal ungesund werden.
Das Protein ist bestimmt wegen dem Fleischmangel. Sonst ist nach deinem Experiment noch die ganze Muskelmasse weg. Das w?re ja bl?d.
bin mal gespannt, wie schwer dir der Umstieg f?llt. Da kommt bestimmt das ein oder andere mal ein Hei?hunger auf
Klingt wirklich gut, das Raw-experiment. Mit 2 EL hochwertigem Sojaprotein sollte über (wenige) Stunden kein Hunger aufkommen, da Protein Muskelmasse stärkt und den Hunger senkt, aber dass ist ja bekannt.
