Es war s.. kalt, es war dunkel aber ich hatte es mir in den Kopf gesetzt.
Freundin Schatzi und ich trafen uns heute kurz nach 19 Uhr, um im Dunkel und bei Kälte laufen zu gehen.
Das Ganze stellte sich schwieriger vor, als man zu Beginn noch dachte. Man glaubt gar nicht, wie viele Straßen Nachts nicht beleuchtet sind und bei Nebel noch düsterer und schwarzer wirken. Die Folge – man sieht den Boden nicht und somit auch nicht eventuelle Steine, Stöcke oder Hundehaufen in die man treten könnte.
Doch es lief sich dennoch ganz gut, wenn auch weitaus kürzer als gewollt. Es ist nett im Dunkel zu laufen. Das gibt gleich eine ganz andere Perspektive. Man achtet auf völlig andere Dinge, als bei Tageslicht. Das muss ich unbedingt wiederholen, aber dann mit einer längeren Strecke.
Und da man ja Kalorien verloren hatte, gab es hinterher noch gebackenen Schafskäse und Salat. Yummie! So macht Sport Spaß!!!
