Trotz des Nieselregens und des grau tristen Wetters war ich heute morgen laufen. Die Hausstrecke des Vietnam-Reisenden M.
Die Strecke beginnt an einem ehemaligen Bundesligastadion, geht in den Wald hinein, führt zu einem Fischweiher und dann geht es quer durch den Wald wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
Während ich lief, begann ein Film in meinem Kopf. Was wäre, wenn ich jetzt plötzlich überfallen würde?. In Gedanken überlegte ich mir Pfade und Wege, um zu entkommen. Sah mich bereits wie ich mich ins Dickicht ducke und in der Dämmerung meinen Weg wieder zurück finde.
Ich überlegte was passieren würde, wenn ich mich länger verstecken müsste. Im Winter kann man sich im Wald nicht so gut von Beeren und Waldfrüchten ernähren. Ob man wohl ein Reh mit bloßen Händen töten könnte? Das arme Reh.
Selten begegnete mir ein Hundefreund oder Walking begeisterte Leute mit “guten Vorsätzen” fürs neue Jahr. Allerdings war ich immer froh zu sehen, dass außer mir und meinen potentiellen Peinigern auch normale Menschen unterwegs waren.
Ich versuchte mich auf andere Dinge zu konzentrieren. Auf meine Schritte hören schien mir eine gute Idee. Doch hörte ich da außer meinen, nicht auch noch weitere Schritte? Unsinn. Ok, dann vielleicht einfach die Umgebung genießen. Immerhin ist es ungewöhnlich grün im Wald für diese Jahreszeit. Das Moos scheint geradezu zu leuchten. Doch war da nicht eine Bewegung hinter dem Baum?
Ich gab es auf, mit einem entspannten Lauf hatte das heute wenig zu tun. Das nächste mal nehme ich Pfefferspray mit, dann kann ich wieder wie gewohnt entspannt laufen, ohne Drehbücher im Kopf zu schreiben.
Ich frage mich ob es anderen auch so geht?
