Vorhin war Fudge wieder laufen.
Ausgestattet mit neuen Laufshorts, nicht zusammenpassenden Laufsocken und meinem Nano, freute ich mich darauf der Sonne entgegen zu laufen.
Schon auf den ersten Metern war jedoch klar, dies würde alles anderer als ein entspannter Lauf werden. Um meinen Kopf flogen mindestens zehn Fliegen. Ihre bevorzugte Anflugbahn ist vor den Augen und vor dem Mund. Ganz klasse, sag ich euch! Ganz klasse!
Zuerst versuchte ich, mit einem etwa drei Kilometer langen unfreiwilligen Armtraining, die Viecher zu verscheuchen. Keine Chance!
Schon völlig außer Puste von dem Gewackel und Gefuchtel, ging ich über zu einer neuen Strategie. Ich startete einen längeren Sprint. Somit wollte ich den Fliegen davon laufen. Aber ihr glaubt nicht, wie schnell die sch… Dinger sind. Egal wie sehr ich das Tempo auch anzog, sie blieben am Ball. Oder besser gesagt, an meinem Kopf.
Zum Glück bog meine Laufstrecke dann ab und führte Richtung See. Dort ging eine leichte, bis steife Brise. Dies Vertrieb die Fliegen dann zum Glück. *Phew*
Allerdings machten das Gefuchtel, der längere Sprint, das Laufen gegen starken Wind und die anschließenden Walking Lunges, aus Fudges Beinen Pudding. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass ich danach schnaufte wie ein Walross.
Jetzt liege ich frisch geduscht auf meinem Sofa und spüre jeden einzelnen Muskel meiner Oberschenkel. Doch von Abschalten beim Laufen war keine Spur. Ich hasse diese Viecher! Vielleicht sollte ich das nächste Mal mit Imkerhelm laufen gehen?!
