Eben habe ich nach neuen Laufevents hier in der Nähe gesucht. Und was finde ich?? Einen Lauf der sich “I run for Pizza” nennt.
Oh man, ein Traum wird wahr. Ich liebe Pizza. Ich könnte sie zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit essen. Ja, mich sogar ausschließlich davon ernähren. Kein Wunder also, dass mein Herz vorhin höher schlug, als ich von dem Event las.
Pizza Awards und eine Aftrer Run Pizza Party wurden angepriesen. Da lauf ich doch gleich 5 min schneller als sonst, dachte ich mir und das Wasser lief mir bereits im Mund zusammen.
Doch dann kam die Ernüchterung… Es handelt sich nicht um mein Melbourne in Down Under, sondern um Melbourne in Florida. Oh man, es ist so hart wenn ein Traum einfach so zerplatzt…
