Seit ich mehr trainiere bemerke ich, dass ich ein gewisses Taubheitsgefühl nach einem Lauf in meinen Zehen entsteht. Genauer gesagt an der zweiten Zehe an beiden Füßen. Letzte Woche war es dann so weit, dass ich bereits beim Laufen ziemliche Schmerzen hatte. Danach war am linken Fuß der Zeh ganz dick und rot.
Ich beschloss zu pausieren. Was blieb mir auch anderes übrig, denn selbst in normalen Schuhen tat der Fuß weh. Zunächst dachte ich daran, der zeh sei vielleicht gebrochen… (Man weis ja wie tollpatschig ich sein kann ) Doch am nächsten Tag (jetzt wirds eklig, vorsicht!!!!) stand der Zehennagel ziemlich ab und es war geschwollen darunter.
Kurzerhand griff ich zu einer Nadel und piekste in den Zeh. Und siehe da, ich dachte richtig, ich hatte eine Blase unterm Nagel. Der Zeh ist auch recht blau.
Ich recherchierte im Netz und einem Laufforum, in dem ich angemeldet bin. Es stellte sich heraus, dass ich mit dem Problem nicht ganz alleine bin. Viele Läufer haben dieses Problem, überwiegend ausgelöst durch falsche Schuhe. Und meist verabschiedet sich der Nagel nach kurzer Zeit deswegen. *ihhhhhhh*
Kurzum ich war heute im Laufshop und habe nach langer Beratung und einiger Lauftests einen neuen Schuh bekommen.
Ich finde ihn abgrundtief hässlich. Er sieht aus wie ein orthopädischer Laufschuh. Auch wenn er sich wirklich gut anfühlt und mit Sicherheit sehr gut ist für mich … ich mag ihn nicht!!!!!
Ich sehe damit aus wie jemand, der nicht einmal 1 km weit kommt! *grummel* Morgen geh ich ihn mal auf Herz und Nieren testen und jeder der mich sieht wird sagen, schau da kommt Klumpfuß-Fudge

Nachtrag für all jene die im Netz nach Lösungen für dieses Problem suchen:

Also als erstes Schuhe checken! Alles 600 – 800km neue Schuhe! Schuhe nach Laufbandanalyse kaufen, so findet man auf bestem Wege den Schuh, der den eigenen Fuß optimal unterstützt. Der Schuh sollte 1-1,5 Nummern größer sein, als die normale Schuhgröße.
Es gibt spezielle Laufsocken die die Schweisbildung am Fuß verringern und dadurch entstehen weniger Blasen.
Zudem ist es gut den Fuß mit Melkfett, Vaseline oder ähnlichem vor dem Lauf gut einzufetten. So entsteht an den Zehen weniger Reibung und es gibt auch weniger Blasen.
Das hilft sicher nicht jedem, bei mir hat es jedoch gewirkt. Und ja, man kann auch ohne Nagel am Fuß laufen!! Man sollte allerdings darauf achten, dass sich nichts entzündet. Behaltet es im Auge und geht im Notfall zum Arzt!
