Es hört gar nicht auf und ich weigere mich Nasenspray zu benutzen, da ich es ziemlich eklig finde.
Also wenn jemand einen guten Hausfrauentrick zur Schnupfenbekämpfung kennt, nur her damit. Ich bin für alles dankbar!

Ich habe ein Rezept für eine verstopfte Nase: heiße Gemüsebrühe, Chillipulver u. Zitronensaft nach Geschmack hinzufügen – dann werden die Atemwege wieder frei. Vielleicht hilft es auch bei laufender Nase.

Das wird getrunken, aber nicht zu viel Chilli nehmen – wäre sonst zu scharf. Das macht die Nasennebenhöhlen wieder frei. 1 Prise Chilli reicht. Gute Besserung
Kannst auch noch Knoblauchpulver u. Schnittlauch dabeigeben, je nach Geschmack. Ich glaube ich mache mir jetzt auch eine Tasse.

Nachdem ich im Dezember schon eine lahmlegende Erkältung hatte, scheint es jetzt auch so langsam wieder loszugehen. Jedenfalls fühle ich mich heute wieder so wie an dem Tag, bevor es im Dezember losging.

Vitamin C ohne Ende 5-7 mal am Tag einen kleinen Löffel damit in Wasser auflösen und trinken.

Oh, du auch?? Und dann warst du noch Laufen??? Spülungen mit Salzwasser helfen. Ich bin relativ oft erkältet und habe festgestellt, dass letzendlich nichts so wirklich hilft. Man kann die Syptome lindern mehr auch nicht. Ich habe seit gestern abend keine Stimme mehr.Ätzend!! Heute kommt ein leises krächzen raus. Heute mittag gehe ich zum Arzt. Hoffe der findet meine Stimme wieder

Zum Glück hab ich nur Schnupfen und sonst keine Erkältung. Also nicht so schlimm. Ich werde mich heute mal in die “Sonne” legen, das hilft bei grauen Tagen zumindest dem Gemüt!
