Als ich vorhin meinen mit Shorts bekleideten Hintern (es ist schon wieder so heiß!) joggend um den See schleppte, kam mir eine Idee.
Eigentlich geht mir der Gedanke schon eine ganze Weile durch den Kopf.
Wenn ich schon nach Deutschland umziehe, kann ich ja auch ein paar der Vorteile davon genießen. Nämlich innerhalb kurzer Zeit, relativ günstig, mit Billigflügen von A nach B zu kommen. Und wer nun denkt, Fudge will Großstadt(s)hopping machen irrt sich… etwas…
Mein eigentlicher Gedanke ging eher in Richtung Lauf-Events.
Denn am 5. April 2009 findet in Berlin der Vattenfall Halbmarathon statt und ich dachte mir, dies ist eine gute Gelegenheit motiviert über den Winter zu kommen und auch wirklich zu trainieren. Natürlich ist es auch die perfekte Gelegenheit um Berlin wieder einen Besuch abzustatten. (Das letzte Mal war ich 1991 dort)
Aber das war noch nicht die ganze Idee…..
Mir kam nämlich der Gedanke, man könnte ja als kleines Blogger-Team daran teilnehmen.
Die Vorteile liegen klar auf der Hand:
- Man lernt seine Mit-Blogger auch mal persönlich kennen
- Als Team trainiert es sich viel besser, da die Motivation viel höher ist
- Ein Halbmarathon ist relativ leicht zu schaffen
- Berlin!!!!!!
- Ihr trefft mich!!!!
- … muss ich noch mehr sagen
Neben dem HM werden auch folgende Distanzen & Möglichkeiten angeboten:
- 3,5 km FUN-RUN
- 21,0975 km Inline-Skating
- 21,0975 km Rollis & Handbiking
- 21,0975 km Laufen & Power-Walking
- ca. 7,4 km Nordic City Walk
Man muss nicht zusammen trainieren, aber man könnte beispielsweise einen gemeinsamen Trainingsblog starten.
Auch Laufanfänger wären willkommen, keine Frage. Schließlich bin ich selbst auch nur eine langsame Kröte und schon froh wenn ich es bis ins Ziel schaffe. Es sind noch etwa 4,5 Monate Zeit bis zum Event, genügend Zeit zum Trainieren.
Das sind so die Ideen die mir diesbezüglich durch den Kopf schwirren. Doch bevor ich mir weitere Gedanken darum mache… Hätte irgendwer von euch überhaupt Interesse mitzumachen?

Interesse schon, bin erst bei 10km straight und komme zeitlich nicht regelmäßig zum trainieren, derzeit ist also nur “Formkonservierung” angesagt.
Rein zeitlich (ich kann nur Abends laufen) wird es vor Februar 2009 nichts mit dem ernst gemeinten Aufbautraining. Dann beginnt bei uns aber die heiße CeBit 2009 Phase, sprich da wird wieder “Freizeit” ohne Ende verbraten.
Theoretisch könnte ich also frühestens mit dem gewissen Zug ab Mitte/Ende März 2009 wieder ans Aufbautraining gehen. In 3 Wochen 10 km drauf zulegen und die dann auch sicher zu stehen, traue ich mir nicht zu. Mein Ziel ist einen Lauf über 21km für den Sommer 2009 anzustreben.
Ich muss daher leider passen, aber die Idee finde ich cool.
Ich würde mich dann höchstens fürs Anfeuerteam meldne.
Leider bin ich so gar nicht der Wettkampftyp, und ob ich jemals einen Halbmarathon schaffen werde, ich hab’ da so meine Zweifel…

Und ich hatte mir wirklich Mühe gegeben euch überzeugend das Laufen so richtig schmackhaft zu machen. Erwähnte ich dass jeder Teilnehmer am Ende eine riesen Schachtel Krispy Kreme Donuts bekommt? *lach* Kleiner Scherz.
Deine Idee klingt wirklich gut, ganz ehrlich. Nur scheitert es bei mir an der Zeit und dem Willen. Nichniemalsnie bin ich bis zum April für so einen Wahnsinn wie einen Halbmarathon fit zu bekommen.
Ach wenn ich doch nur bessere Arbeitszeiten und einen kürzeren Arbeitsweg hätte, ich denke dann würde ich wirklich mitmachen. Schon alleine um meine verrückte Marathonschwester zu überraschen.
Aber wenn ich in HH bin, da könntest Du mich ja dann schulen wie man richtig läuft. Da dürfte es dann auch keine Zeitprobleme geben, bei allem was man so über das andere Werk hört.
