Es gibt Zeiten im Leben einer Frau, da fühlt sie sich zu dick. Und damit meine ich nicht das Gejammer wie “Ich sehe fett aus in dem Kleid” oder “Die Hose macht mich um die Hüften etwas dick”. Nein, es gibt Zeiten da hat man wirklich ein paar Pfunde zuviel drauf. Dann spannt die Jeans und der chice Pencil-Skirt will auch nicht mehr über die Oberschenkel.
An diesem Punkt war ich nun letzte Woche angekommen.
Ich würde mich nicht als dick bezeichnen, aber verglichen mit den Aussie Babes die mich immer joggend überholen… Naja, sprechen wir nicht davon ;-D
Ziel ist es also, wieder in ALLE meine Kleider zu passen. In meinem Fall bedeutet das ich muss… *nachdenk*… sechs bis sieben Kilo abnehmen.
Wow, so ausgeschrieben, sieht das wirklich nach einer ganzen Menge aus. Aber es ist in der Tat das Gewicht, dass ich in den letzten Jahren zugenommen hatte. Drei bis vier Kilo habe ich meinem Nichtraucher-Dasein zu verdanken. Nicht dass ich dadurch mehr gegessen hätte. Keine Ahnung, wie das kam?! Ich las mal einen Artikel dazu, in dem stand, es sei völlig normal bis zu drei Kilo an Gewicht zu gewinnen, wenn man die Zigaretten weglässt. Es hat wohl etwas mit dem Stoffwechsel zu tun, der sich umstellt.
Wie auch immer, ich bin/war unzufrieden und deswegen mussten nun ernsthafte Schritte eingeleitet werden. Seit einer Woche diäte ich nun schon und habe mich heute zum ersten Mal gewogen. Tadaaah! Ich habe ein Kilo abgenommen. Prima!
Ich sehe mich schon wieder rank und schlank mit Wunschgewicht durch die Stadt flanieren. Ach, ich kann es kaum erwarten! ;-D Ich bin gespannt wie lange es dauern wird, bis ich mein Ziel erreicht habe.
