Ich musste sowieso noch ein paar Dinge besorgen und so fuhr ich in das wohl größte Einkaufcenter hier in der Umgebung. Verführung pur, sag ich euch!!! Alles ist super chic, glänzt und Millionen von Geschäften, die nur allzu gerne bereit sind dein Geld in ihre Kassen zu stopfen.
Wer einmal im Centro in Oberhausen war, der stellt es sich einfach circa 4 x so groß vor und weiß wovon ich rede.
Doch um ehrlich zu sein, war ich nicht sonderlich in Shopping-Stimmung. Kaum zu glauben aber war.
Mir war heute eher nach sinnlicheren Einkäufen. Und so gönnte ich mir ein paar Buntstifte, einen neuen Block und eine Massage. Um genauer zu sein eine 15 Minuten Schulter Massage.
Ein kleiner Asiate hüpfte munter um mich herum, schüttelte meine Arme, hämmerte auf meinem Rücken herum und knetete und piekte. Herrlich sag ich euch. Nur jetzt, wo ich wieder zuhause bin, fängt es an ein wenig zu schmerzen. Ich kenne das schon. Es ist Muskelkater…
Ein unangenehmer Nebeneffekt. Doch andererseits, hab ich mir dadurch mein Lauftraining heute gespart. *grins* Schließlich haben meine Muskeln ein hartes Workout hinter sich. Und zweimal am Tag, will ich sie nicht beanspruchen. *grins*
