Es gibt hier eine kleine Ladenkette, die ausgefallene, ein wenig alternativ angehauchte, aber coole Kleider und Accessoires verkauft. Ich kaufe dort öfters ein und habe auch so manchen Musik-Tipp mit aus dem Laden genommen. Es läuft nämlich meist richtig gute Musik.
Vor einigen Wochen nun kaufte ich wieder dort ein. Eine Bluse, die ich schon lange im Auge hatte und nun endlich reduziert war. Da es in diesem Geschäft nur eine Größe gibt, und mir diese immer passt, habe ich die Bluse nicht anprobiert. Ein Fehler!!! Denn zuhause stellte ich fest, dass mit dem Schnitt etwas nicht stimmte. Ein Arm war enger genäht, als der andere.
Also ging ich wieder zu dem Laden und wollte die Bluse umtauschen, doch es stellte sich heraus, dass an allen Blusen ein Schnittfehler war. Da ich spontan nichts fand, was ich sonst gerne haben wollte, gab mir die Verkäuferin einen Gutschein über den Warenwert.
Verwundert stellte ich fest, dass dieser nur 6 Wochen gültig sein sollte.
Normaler Weise ist es ja kein Problem für mich zu shoppen, aber wie es der verhexte Zufall wollte, innerhalb dieser 6 Wochen fand ich nichts!!! Einen Tag vor Ablauf des Gutscheines war ich dann im Laden und klagte mein Leid. Die Verkäuferin war nett. Meinte sie fragt mal nach, ob sie den Gutschein verlängern darf. Doch scheinbar darf nur die Managerin der Ladenkette diese Erlaubnis erteilen. Und wie soll es anders sein, diese war an dem Tag nicht mehr zu erreichen.
Am nächsten Tag schaffte ich es nicht in einen der Läden zu gehen…
Nun war ich am WE dort. Die Verkäuferin war ein wenig unfreundlich. *Vielleicht habe ich auch zu böse böse geschaut* Und meinte, ich sei ja nun schon sehr lange über den Fälligkeitszeitraum. *1,5 Wochen* Da könnte man nichts machen. Mein Argument, dass ich ja bereits das Geld an das Unternehmen gezahlt habe und es nicht einsehe, auf diese 6 Wochen eingegrenzt zu werden zogen nicht.Wieder hat man mich an die Managerin verwiesen.
Diese rief ich nun heute an.
Ergebnis…. Man hätte mir ja 6 Wochen Zeit gegeben, deswegen kann man nun nichts mehr machen. Glaubt mir, wenn ich in Englisch besser schimpfen könnte, wäre ich in dem Moment wohl explodiert. So habe ich sachlich argumentiert und meinen Tonfall verschärft. Aber es nutze nichts.
Unglaublich was?! Ich bin nun ein wenig ratlos, was ich tun soll. Es ist jetzt nicht sooooooo viel Geld (umgerechnet etwa 20€), aber Geld ist Geld. Und ich gehöre auch nicht zu der Gesellschaftsschicht, die das aus der Portokasse zahlt. Ich ärgere mich! Und zwar so richtig.
Es bringt ja nichts wenn ich jetzt noch einmal in eines der Geschäfte gehe und die arme Verkäuferinnen runterputze. Die können ja am wenigsten dafür. Doch ich habe mir geschworen in diesen Shops nie wieder etwas zu kaufen *auch wenn die Sachen noch so schön sind*. Ich mache jetzt einfach mal ausfindig, wann und wo sie persönlich anzutreffen ist *und dann Madame, mach dich auf etwas gefasst!!!*, und werde sie noch einmal zur Rede stellen.
Ahhh, ich ärgere mich immer noch!
Außerdem muss ich endlich einmal lernen in Englisch ordentlich zu schimpfen. Dafür sollte man Kurse anbieten!!!
Ärgerlich! 6 Wochen ist wirklich arg bemessen, vielleicht ist man gerade zu der Zeit im Urlaub, liegt krank im Bett oder ist frisch verliebt und hat andere Gedanken im Kof, aber wenn in deren Statuten diese Frist festgelegt ist, gibt es wahrscheinlich keine Möglichkeit dagegen vorzugehen *augenroll*
Am liebsten sind mir die Läden, die das Geld entweder bar zurückerstatten oder es wieder auf’s Konto überweisen.

Für einen Verbesserung hinsichtlich englischer Fäkalsprache würde ich mehr MTV gucken *g*
Unglaublich. Schlechten Kundenservice gibt es also auch in Australien. Ich würde einen Brief an die Geschäftsführung von dem Laden schicken. Die haben bestimmt eine Zentrale wenn es eine Ladenkette ist. Einen richtig schönen Beschwerdebrief.
Die Idee mit dem Beschwerde brief ist gut – und gibt´s denn da bei euch keine Verbraucherschutz-Vereine wie bei uns, wo man mal nachfragen bzw. Putz machen könnte?
