Ich kann nicht schlafen und dann wandern mir immer viele Gedanken durch den Kopf. Oder vielleicht kann ich auch nicht schlafen, WEIL mir so viel im Kopf umherschwirrt.
Nein, mich plagen keine bösen Gedanken, aber ich komme Nachts immer auf besonders gute Ideen, Projekte, Sachen die zu erledigen sind… Deswegen liegt auch meist ein Stift und Block auf meinem Beistelltisch. So kann ich besonders gute Gedanken sofort notieren, damit ich sie nicht vergesse.
Ja es kann manchmal lange dauern, bis Fudge einschläft. Schließlich muss so manche Idee erst einmal gründlich durchdacht werden.
Am meisten fuchst es mich ja, wenn ich zu faul bin, das Licht anzuknipsen und meine Einfälle zu notieren, nur um am nächsten Tag endlos zu grübeln, was ich eigentlich für eine grandiose Idee hatte.
Immer öfter ertappe ich mich auch, dass meine Gedanken beim Lesen abwandern und zu grübeln beginnen. Denn am Abend, “kurz” vor Schlafenszeit, ist meine Lesezeit. Diese kann von 10 Minuten bis zu Stunden dauern, je nach Art und Inhalt der Lektüre. Habe ich diese Zeit nicht für mich, fehlt mir etwas.
Und doch kann ich manchmal meine Lesestunden nicht genießen. Nach etlichen Seiten entdecke ich, dass ich nicht mitbekam, worum es ging obwohl ich Zeile für Zeile lese und Seite um Seite umblättere. Das ist immer dann der Fall, wenn mir besonders viel im Kopf umhergeht. In diesen Fällen verweigere ich mich allerdings dem Denken und blättere einfach wieder zurück und versuche erneut zu verstehen, was ich gerade lese. Meist mit wenig Erfolg.
Ich mache dann das Licht aus, und … ja richtig denke.
Manchmal frage ich mich, ob das gesund sein kann für ein Hirn. ;-D
Es ist auch nicht so, dass ich nicht einschlafen würde.Nein, keine Probleme damit. Doch ich frage mich, ob es nur mir so geht oder vielleicht auch so manch einem von euch?
