Nun bin ich bereits 1 Jahr in Hamburg. Unfassbar wie schnell die Zeit vergeht.
Und damit es nicht langweilig wird, suchte mir kurzentschlossen eine neue Wohnung.
Das Wort kurzentschlossen existiert in Hamburg normaler Weise nicht, wenn es um Wohnungen geht. Doch ich hatte Glück.
Ich war krank, gelangweilt, Stimme war weg und sowieso schon genervt von meiner Wohnung. Was macht ein krankes Fudge also? Sie denkt sich, da muss Veränderung her, sonst werde ich noch depressiv. Gesagt getan, ich durchsuchte die Wohnungsanzeigen einige Tage lang, machte Termine zu Besichtigungen und… hatte Glück. Nur eine Woche nach meiner depressiven Grippephase hatte ich bereits eine neue Wohnung …aber die alte immer noch am Hals.
Was also tun? 2 Wohnungen zahlen? No way!
Hier kam mir der Hamburger Wohnungsmarkt entgegen, der recht hart umkämpft ist und meine neue Praktikantin, die gerade auf Wohnungssuche war (mit wenig Erfolg).Problem gelöst!
Das alles ging in weniger als 2 Wochen über die Bühne und nun bin ich bereits am Packen, denn am Montag ziehe ich um in meine neue Wohnung! Das Motto lautet größer, schöner, besser!
Dass die Wohnung im 04. Stock liegt, versuche ich derzeit noch zu verdrängen *g*
Ach, der dortige Wohnungsmarkt ist umkämpft?
Dann bin ich ja mal gespannt wie mein Arbeitgeber das drehen will, sollte ich mich für HH entscheiden.

@andi: Umkämpft ist gar kein Ausdruck. War neulich bei einer Wohnungsbesichtigung mit etwa 100 anderen Leuten. Kannst das ganze aber umgehen und dir einen Markler suchen und ordentlich Courtage abdrücken, wenn du auf den Stress keinen Bock hast. (was ich getan habe).
Dann gehst auch etwas schneller mit der Wohnungsfindung.
