Als alter Tchibo Fan, habe ich seit Jahren natürlich deren Newsletter abonniert. Man will ja schließlich immer wissen, was es Neues gibt.
Am Sonntag war es wieder einmal soweit und der Newsletter flatterte in meinen Posteingang. Nur war er dieses Mal nicht an “Liebe Frau Fudge” adressiert, sondern an “Liebe Frau Piekarski“.
Ganz offensichtlich hat der NL-Versand nicht ganz so geklappt, wie man sich das so vorstellte. Meiner Meinung nach haben die einfach ihre Datenbank ein wenig zerschossen.
Ist ja auch nicht weiter dramatisch, sind ja keine Daten an fremde Personen weitergegeben worden, die von Relevanz wären. Dies ist zumindest meine Meinung. Doch in der Haut des Verantwortlichen möchte ich dennoch nicht stecken.
Heute kam dann allerdings eine weitere Mail von Tchibo:
Liebe Frau Fudge,
es tut uns sehr leid, dass wir Sie in unserem letzten “Sonntags-Newsletter” versehentlich mit einem falschen Namen angesprochen haben. Irrtümlich haben Sie eine Test-eMail mit dem Namen einer Kollegin erhalten. Für diesen Fehler entschuldigen wir uns bei Ihnen.

Ja ne, ganz klar der Name einer Kollegin. Glaubt denen das wirklich jemand?! *g*
Das muss ich mir auf jeden Fall als Ausrede merken, für den Fall eine(r) meiner Kollegen(innen) oder sogar ich selbst, zerschießen den Newsletter. *lach*
Wer von euch hatte denn auch den NL bekommen? Welcher Name stand denn bei euch als Anrede drin? *g*
Da fehlt noch, “wir versichern Ihnen, dass Ihre persönliche E-Mail zu keiner Zeit unautorisierten Personen zugänglich gemacht wurde. Ihrer Privatsphäre war zu keiner Zeit gefährdet.”
Mir hat mal ein Händler einen Newslettter geschickt, indem der Amateur seine gesamte Kundenliste im CC-Feld eingetragen hat.*lol* Ich habe mich daraufhin für die tollen neuen Adressen seiner Kunden bedankt und dass ich die nun gerne anschreiben werde, um Ihnen ‘alternative’ Offerten zu unterbreiten. Ggf. finden sich auch noch andere Interessenten für die vielen hundert Mailadressen, die Quelle ist ja valide und die Adressen geprüft. Binnen 10 Minuten hatte ich eine überaus hektisch getipperte Mail des Geschäftsführers im Postfach. Der war vielleicht aufgedröselt… *rofl*
Na – jetzt bin ich aber beruhigt ;-)! Ich wurde auch mit “Frau P.” angeschrieben, und wenn das auf alle Empfänger zutrifft, dann wurde ja am Sonntag wohl hoffentlich nicht jeder Empfänger mit einem (noch) anderen (falschen) Namen begrüßt – inkl. Hinweis darauf, mit welcher (nicht korrekten) Mail-Addy man sich registriert hat…). Frau P. ist (war?) übrigens für den Dienstleister tätig, der u.a. den NL-Versand für Tchibo übernimmt, wie aus der aus Frau P.s Mail-Addy ableitbaren HP ersichtlich ist…
Trotzdem: unglaublich. Auch die etwas lasche und natürlich völlig unzureichende Entschuldigung.

Ich war auch Frau Piekarski. Seit der Entschuldigung bin ich Frau Fuchs. Aber vielleicht wissen die ja mehr als ich.
Lustig Lustig. Aber ist doch immer wieder interessant wie viele Email Sachen doch falsch laufen und vor allen Dingen wie viele Daten dann ungewollt einen neuen Empfaenger finden. Ich habe auch noch irgendwo auf meinem Rechner eine Exceltabelle mit den persoenlich Kontaktdaten von einigen hundert Leuten die auf dem Tast Festival waren und beim gleichen Gewinnspiel mitgemacht haben wie ich.

Echt Sschräg wie das zustande kommt, weil die mails eh alle standardisiert und automatisiert sind. Habtsache der Inhalt kommt an.
Na, das klingt wirklich ein bisschen skirril. Ich würd da vielleicht mal nachfragen und mit dem Verantwortlichen sprechen. Wenn man Mist baut, sollte man wenigstens dazu stehen.
